I found Traveller's last home to be the most interesting! But lots of history and a beautiful campus. Part of the walking tour if you are so inclined.

What a great institution, beautiful and historical campus. But to hear that some misguided individuals want to drop "Lee" from the name, due to the General who almost single handily save the college after that awful Civil War, takes away the experience of being at such a great place. Still, Nice place to visit--especially Lee Chapel where Traveller, his horse, is buried along with the family. Odd but unique.

Amazing grounds on a beautiful day, definitely a great visit! We stopped at the visitor center in town and they recommended we stop here. We are glad they did!

Beautiful campus - we were there for reunion and had a great time. I don't think they do recycling very well, though. There were not any options at the reunion meals (all the cans were blue and all were used for garbage) and I didn't really see a lot around the school. They're dropping the ball on that one.
