Ribs are really good, it was really crowded, it was a Saturday night. But the wait was not too bad. Not only the ribs, but the meals themselves were all good. Did not care for the brownie dessert. It is quite noisy, but definitely will go back when in the area.

We went late to avoid the crowd and were seated right away. The fresh rolls and honey butter were complimentary and served piping hot. Everything we ordered was delicious

We were staying at the Best Western next door and were given a 10% discount for that. The food was great and the service excellent.

This was just across the street from the Kirkley Hotel. The food was good, moderately priced, and the service was excellent - very friendly and efficient

I ordered: Black & Bleu Sirloin Salad 10.99
Flame-grilled Texas Sirloin on a bed of mixed greens, tomatoes, croutons, Bleu cheese crumbles, Blossom Petals and bacon bits with your choice of dressing and Queso Small 4.99 •
A creamy blend of cheese and Tex-Mex spices served with fresh-fried corn chips.

Now this is what happened:
First I was brought a small house salad...umm not what I ordered - waitstaff "Sorry I'll be right back" ok so misunderstanding...umm about 8 minutes later She brought the small queso - YUM ...waiting waiting waiting...about 20 minutes later she brought a larger plate of the same house salad -iceburg lettuce four slices of roma tomato and 3 huge chunks of blue cheese (if you ever played marbles these would have been "boulders") not crumbles and aprox a half tespoon of bacon dumped in the middle...no meat no onions, ummm... waitstaff "oh I'll be right back with your meat" ...ummm ok....what the picture showed was a small steak cooked and sliced and fanned out, what I got was 6 small thin chunks of medium to VERY rare meat. (I had asked for medium) there was blood in the little bowl that she brought it in.Then a few minutes later a man brought me a small bowl of slightly underdone greasy onion blossom petals.

Kinda lost my appitite, manager did not introduce himself or try to make situation better other than saynig that they didn't want to put hot food on cold salad and that he would take it up with corporate.

oh well, anybody can have an "off" day and this was sure one.
