Just 15 minutes from Snetterton Racing Circuit this is an ideal place to stay for competitors and enthusiasts.Excellent welcome from Yolande - comfortable, clean accommodation - This visit we stayed in a huge double room and will be back next month booking in to the two bedroomed cottage which has everything you can possibly need for your stay - even extras such a ketchup, silver foil etc if you wish to cater for yourselves. Don't miss the relaxed but very tasty breakfast and make sure you have time for a chat with Pal and Yolande.

Room Tip: The two bedroomed cottage for four people is great as it includes a fully fitted kitchen and a livin...

Went to visit our relatives in Diss and found this perfect little b&b which was only 10 mins away. On arriving we were warmly welcomed by Yolanda, who was extremely helpful, friendly and went out of her way to look after us! The room was clean, had all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. The double room we booked had nice views of the garden and was very private as there were no other rooms next to us. We slept well as it was very peaceful at night. The breakfast was excellent, great selection they offered everything you would want in a good breakfast with locally sourced produce which tasted amazing!! We would certainly stay at the Strenneth again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a country getaway.

Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A two night stay whilst attending an event at Snetterton.

Warm welcome on arrival, the property is a farmhouse that has been extended to cater for B&B in a very rural, but easily reached location. the rooms are comfortably furnished and clean, with a generously supplied hospitality tray.

Breakfast was very good indeed, made with fresh local products where possible.

Overall, good value and a good place to stay, I'd use this property again.

If you want somewhere with tradition and warmth and where the proprietors go beyond the call of duty, Strenneth is the place to go. We (and our extended family of 21!) landed on Paul and Yolande over the Easter weekend, effectively taking the place over. Yet the excellent choice of accomodation (even some new carpets had just been freshly laid), including the grand four poster bedroom and the lovely cozy outside cottages, were topped off by personal family-style care and service. The breakfasts were beautifully laid on and cooked, alongside the warm inglenook fire, and both teas and a special evening dinner had extra touches. Paul was particularly helpful in giving advice on what to do and where to go in the area. Even the cold wintery spell outside didn't dampen a lovely 3 generation family holiday weekend. Thanks P&Y.

Room Tip: If you want to do a bit of self-catering, you can't beat the outside cottages 1 & 2

Warm welcome from Proprietors. They went out of their way to look after us.Excellent breakfasts and an evening meal.Quiet position but near Diss and handy for Southwold and Broads.(Bressingham visit was disappointing). 3night stay in main house.

Room Tip: one single room in house only had window on to public corridor

Cosy, warm and comfortable bedroom with TV, and tea & coffee making facilities. Smashing breakfast with locally sourced produce. Friendly owners. Brilliant value for what we paid. Excellent. For evening meal the owners recommended a drive to a pub, the Mill Inn and we weren't disappointed there either.

This place has it all....an interesting location in a beautiful old house, friendly family run it and a great breakfast. I stayed in the single room (which was very convenient for breakfast!) and it has everything you need is very cosy. The room is well within the house and looks onto a corridor, but is perfectly light and has everything you need (and would expect) from a b&b. The breakfast was superb with ample amounts of local apple juice too. Finally, as a WW2 enthusiast, I was very interested to find out all about the history of the nearby airfield (the house is on the access road) and the link to Kennedy is fascinating. worth a visit just for the history alone. There are a few surving buildings, including some which are back towards the main village.
