I went with my family many times on this Ghat . This Ghat is at the banks of river Ganga. One can bath in the natural river and even meditate as the Ghat is surrounded by Natural beauty like Hills and you can see the Raja Ji NAtional Park on the other side of the River Ganga.

This is a regular ghat at Rishikesh, but I feel very good while sitting here and watching clear waters of Ganga. I can sit here for long in the morning hours and would also wish that this place always remains the same. .. .

took a boat ride to explore the place. There is so much going on these banks that you need your own pace and share of able guide to understand and learn what goes around as custom here. The place is good enough to be visited in the early morning hours to see it with less chaos and crowd. Lots of sages, animals, bathers and cremation all on one platform

Divine experience of this Ghat, had heard so much from my family and my parents asked me to visit. Have been living in Haridwar since last two years but could not visit earlier. This time I did and loved it.

While attending a camp at Swami Dayanand Ashram, we walked to the Triveni Ghat to see the sun set. En route while walking along the broad walkway by the riverside -- which would be called a Marina -- we were surprised to see an elephant come down from the forest on the opposite bank of the Ganga. It drank water and soon was joined by two more elephants. All entered the water perhaps, for cool bath in the Ganga. After a while it grew too dark to see them.

At Triveni Ghat, at sunset, a Ganga Aarati was performed. This was a wonderful sight with the swift flowing waters in the backdrop of the forested mountains on the opposite bank.

This is definitely worth visiting at Rishikesh.
