We were really looking forward to the chocolate workshop as i have always been interested in the process and of course making my own chocolate! Though it was really good fun and the teacher is very enthusiastic, the class was not as interactive as we would have liked as we ended up just watching the teacher do most of the work and we would just taste his creations. The other thing that could be improved was the choice of ingredients you could put in your own personal chocolate bar - it was limited to peanuts, almonds, cashews, raisins, rum, sprinkles, chilli or coffee where we would have liked things like mint, coconut, white chocolate, caramel etc. It would also probably be better if you could make smaller chocolate bars (almost truffle sized) as the moulds they used were not very good and turned the chocolate into a messy slab, that way you could taste some of the other customers creations too! One last thing is to maybe wrap the chocolate bars up in a more creative manner than just tin foil so people take away a nice looking product that they themselves have made.
