We loved the beautiful spanish style house. Gerry the owner has everything covered. He was Amazing. He greeted us and was there when we left at 4am. He even arranged for us to share taxis to and from the airport to cut down on costs per person. He set us up with a really nice guide, also. We would recommend to even a picky traveler.

I always wanted a pool in my kitchen, this place is great. Gerry the owner was extremely helpful and full of joy. We really got lucky with this place, I highly recommend it. Rooms and beds are great. Cold beer in the refer pay on the honor system. Great kitchen for your personal use or pay a couple buck and have a private chef cook for you. One block from the main square, one block from the bus to Masaya or Managua. Take a day trip to Laguna De Apoyo for $3. Gerry can also provide a great personal tour of the city. Use horse cart #9 at the main square for a $15 tour of the town. We loved Granada and this place made it a perfect stay!

Room Tip: Upstairs Room for couple, lovely Queen bed and bathroom

I would highly recommend staying here if you come to Granada. It is very central but also quiet, and a beautiful property with a small pool in the central courtyard area. The rooms are spacious and clean, comfy beds, and each room has plenty of fans and the option for A/C. Gerry (the owner) could not be more helpful - he gave us some great advice and was always on hand for us to chat with and to answer our questions and he set up all our tours and onwards travel arrangements. The place also has bikes which you can use for free (we cycled down to the waterfront which was nice), free tea and coffee and free water. There is also a kitchen which is handy if you want to save money. Great value for money - I would definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: We had a room at the front on the ground floor which while was cooler than the other rooms, the nois...

Great central location--quiet and safe, too. Close to everything--restaurants, bars, attractions. Gerry, our host, is the best, providing useful tips and convenient airport transport for our guests when we were renting a house. During our stay, he even helped us find a house to rent. While waiting for our house, we extended our stay and got to sample 3 of his rooms and enjoyed them all. And it was a pleasure to step into the pool after an evening out, often at O'Shey's with Gerry and his pals.

Room Tip: We enjoyed all of our rooms--the 2nd floor room above the entrance was the coolest and quietest.

My GF and I spent two nights here in early May, 2014. Fantastic hotel, central location, great host (Gerry), great amenities. Stayed in the Balcony Room - it's really, really nice. Highly recommend it, if you can snag it. This place fills up fast, and that's for a reason - so book ahead!

Near the main plaza and good eats. Gerry is an excellent host with excellent coffee in morning. Small pool is a refreshing break for Granada's sweltering heat. Free bikes if you're brave enough to try the streets of Granada. Ear plugs suggested for street rooms but trade off is el Harry potter. Beds are superb

We loved staying at Casa Del Agua. It's right next to the main square in Granada. The cathedral and main restaurant area are minutes away. Gerry is very helpful in advising which activities to do and places to visit. He also has great restaurant recommendations! The house itself is beautiful. As with most buildings in Granada, the center is an open-air courtyard with pool, kitchen, and sitting area. The rooms are clean and a good size. Considering all of this, it was a steal of a price! Only $34 USD a night for a double room! ($10/night extra for A/C which was MORE than worth it). The only downside was noise. A family with a few small children spent a lot of time in the common area and sound travels. Not a huge issue and one to be expected in that type of building. Would recommend this place for sure. Thx Gerry!
