Wow, what a beautiful hostel. From the Italian inspired architecture, local artwork, down to the handcrafted furniture this is more of a boutique hotel than a hostel. Every inch of this place has been thought out. The service was incredible and I will definitely be staying here again.

Ask for the room that opens up onto the pool with the Cathedral dome peeking above the roof line. Picturesque!

Best spot. in heart of Granada, steps away from eateries, market, historical sites, parque central and mercado. Incredibly restored Italian residience
with original tile, oasis gardens with pool and green garden. Great service, immaculate rooms and bathrooms, great service, beautiful original art
and sculpture by local artist Jose Ortiz Buscamonte. Accomodations for the most discerning traveler and the hostel guest all in one amazing place.
Truly loved this place and will be returning every time in Granada.

beautiful and amazing ambience and very convenient. extremely clean, gorgeous decor, and attention to detail. Extremely comfortable, the staff was unbelievably kind and accommodating. it was very quiet, the beds and rooms were very comfortable. we had a room by the pool.. The food was delicious and the location was very convenient. The artwork is inspiring. I will absolutely come back and stay here longer so i can explore Granada bit more.

Room Tip: we had a room near the pool and it was gorgeous, quiet and peaceful.

This place was fantastic. I had a great time here. It is not too far from central square (5min walk not even). The place was so clean it was hard to believe it was a hostel. We paid 15$ a night for the dorm room which was fine because we were the only two in it. The beds were super comfy and it wasn't till the next day that we discovered the pool, hammocks, pool tables... a lot to do here especially if you just want to relax.

Highly recommended

This is a lovely building located close to the Parque Central, but unfortunately that's all it has going for it. I have to agree with the other reviewers who thought the staff was rude. From the moment I checked in, I encountered problems (reservation was wrong, no wifi) and the staff was unhelpful and indifferent. I didn't feel like a guest...I felt like a nuisance. Staff was hard to find when I had a question or needed to leave -- the front door is normally locked. In the morning one of the housekeepers tried to come in my room without knocking. I won't waste my money on this place again, but it might be acceptable for someone who just needs a place to crash for a night.

With its beautiful tranquil spot this place nearly gets a 5. However to much disappointment we found out after settling into our room that it would cost an extra $26 on top of the already pricy $40 for the room to have the use of the already installed air conditioner. Also this information came after the very nice innkeeper gave us a fan the size of a bread plate to accompany the unhelpful ceiling fan.
My partner and I are not one to use air conditioning, but staying in a cement room with the temperatures Granada gets in march with no possibility of fresh air flow without risking Mosquitos,is not ideal. Not to mention the most expensive air conditioning markup i've ever experienced. Next time I may give this a pass and go for something cheaper.

The two courtyards are stunningly beautiful, with a swimming pool in the second, it could be difficult to leave the hostel and explore the rest of Granada!

Our private room was quite pricey ($34.5) but was large and pleasantly cool, owing to 2 large ceiling fans.

Staff are so nice and warm, provide coffee in the morning and an excellent laundry service.
