While not strickly vegaterian I stopped into this wonderful small combo vegatarian restaurant and natural health product store across from the Hotel Los Patios. It is actually the front end of a newly remodeled home in Granada. Kathleen the owner and chef was originally born in San Francisco but has settled in Granada after living in Mexico. She is both extremely friendly and knowledgeable about her food and products as others have mentioned. She suggested a vegaterian lasagna which was fabulous. I actually took an additional order to go as I was leaving!
This is a definite find if you are traveling through the area and want to get something other than some no name chicken dish or bad beef. Many locals stopped by when I was there to pick up her organic greens which are fairly hard to come by in town. I should add I picked up some soaps as most the soaps I found on travels through the area were pretty basic and harsh.

I have lived in Granada for a few years and finally we have a place that serves raw, vegan and vegetarian dishes, as well as great smoothies and juices. The owner Kathleen makes a line of natural cosmetics that are excellent! They have no chemicals or preservatives in them, only healthy natural ingredients. From face moisturizer to soaps and body creams using shea butter and natural oils. ( Also of note is the natural wood polish). I have tried them all and can recommend all the products. They are all sold in glass recyclable reusable jars (avoiding the use of plastic!) Kathleen is very open to suggestions as the cafe/store is new and she is eager to cater to the needs of the community with regards healthy living. You an also buy organic greens such as lettuce, kale weekly. Located across the road from Los Patios hotel, down the road from PURE gym, on Calle Corralles.
