“Impresionante!”
Reviewed 17 July 2014

This cathedral can be seen from any high point in town. It really is obvious the Spanish influence through out all of Granada.

“Spectacular architecture”
Reviewed 14 July 2014 via mobile

Great colonial architecture. Its directly in front of the park so other places and currency change areas are nearby. Very beautiful and huge.

“Disappointing”
Reviewed 12 June 2014

From the outside, it's a great landmark, visible and attractive from long distances. Inside, there's little outside the ordinary; it is far behind cathedrals in Mexico and Guatemala. I was shocked to see bicycles parked only a few meters from the altar. As a place of prayer, great; but as a tourist attraction... there's not much here. The park in front is a better use of your tourist time.

“One of the nicest buildings in Granada”
Reviewed 2 June 2014

A very typical cathedral - large and serene. Not overly decorated. The entrance is on one side near the central main plaza of the town. It is well worth the 15 - 20 minutes it would take for you to quietly walk around inside.

“More beautiful on the outside”
Reviewed 28 May 2014

The cathedral is stunning on the outside but truthfully it is not that big a deal inside. Worth taking a look around.
