A friendly warm ambiance with caring professional staff. I have stayed at Hotel Casa San Francisco on numerous visits in Granada and have always found the place and staff inviting, charming, full of good humour, and quick to help out in any situation. If you need a place to relax and regroup after a day of excursions and wandering about in the heat, then this is it. Having a Flor de Cana rum on the sidewalk patio at sunset is a most pleasant entry to the evening. Highly recommend this place.

We had a great 4 nights here in December. The location is great, just a few blocks from the center of town. The rooms are quaint, staff is friendly, and breakfast is good. There's a jug of drinking water for guests by the pool. This small touch really sets this place apart. While you're there check out Bocadillos, the bar and restaurant in the lobby, it's a great spot for drinks and tapas.

OMG I love this place. Quaint, quiet, just an excellent experience. Never have stayed at a boutique hotel before, but the experience here will probably sway me to seek one out again. I would so definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay while exploring Grenada. Each room is just a bit different from the other. There is a little spot to sit in the morning to catch the sweet sounds of birds. The staff what so friendly and went out of their way to understand what we wanted. The front desk staff was ubber friendly and helpful. Just an awesome, awesome experience. Definitely will stay there again if I can. Thank you to all the staff for your patience and understanding. YOU ALL ROCK.

Room Tip: We stayed in two different rooms because we didn't know we were going to need to stay an extra n...

We stayed at Casa San Francisco at the beginning of December for two nights. We used their reliable and convenient transportation service (for a fee) to have someone pick us up at the airport in Managua and take us to Granada. Our baggage did not make the connecting flight, so we were very grateful that the driver was patient and waited while we worked that out.

At the hotel, we were in a second floor room with a queen bed and very pleasant air conditioning. There was also a small balcony with seating, which was a nice surprise. There was free purified water you could use to refill your water bottles. The breakfast was good.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The owners were also very helpful. We really enjoyed talking with Terry over breakfast - we dubbed her the world's most interesting woman.

The location is great, only a couple of blocks from the main square yet in a quiet area. We were there during a festival period, so fireworks were the norm, but there were no other noises to worry with.

The courtyard area that the rooms are around is beautiful and tranquil.

There is a parking lot on the corner that can be used for a fee (not associated with the hotel), but we did not have need for it.

I would definitely stay there again if I was in Granada.

This is a lovely, beautiful, well-run little boutique hotel with the warmest, friendliest hosts you could wish for. The location is perfect (a few blocks from the center of town), the rooms are very sweet and clean, It's quiet, with good air conditioners, a lovely outdoor garden/patio area, and a very good recently opened tapas restaurant. The people running the front desk, Elena and Claudia, are the friendliest, nicest, most helpful staff you would every want. Sit on the roof patio and gaze at Volcan Masaya - you'll be glad you chose this place. It's a gem.

Great location 1 block from the center of the action. Close enough to go at will yet far enough to be away from the crazyness. Super cozy place, rustic, clean. Excellent value for this price point. Great drinks at the bar, and food served is worth staying in for. Will be my goto place anytime in Grenada.

Room Tip: Upstairs rooms are the best.
