A great value hotel with the best location in Granada. You can't get more central. Very clean rooms, if you are lucky you might get a juliet balcony too. The common areas are wonderful, nicely kept and a small pool at the back of thre common areas. The breakfast was at the top end of the price range for Granada, but was of high standard. But if you ask for a second coffee you will be charged for it, no free refills. Overall a fabulous bargain for the location and a cool retreat from the heat outside. Nice seating areas outside (covered walkway) or semi-outside (part of the hotel, but all open - hard to explain!). Highly recommended.

Other than not enough reading light,,wonderful! Breakfast on the terrace is wonderful....ditto for cocktails, with plenty of optione for drinks and snacks.!

Room Tip: First floor suites off garden are best for convenience and access to lobby and terrace.

We loved it here. It's located right in the center of town. The staff was very helpful. We will totally come back and stay here again.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 319, and it was perfect!

This is an absolutely charming hotel with Nica personality It is not the Hilton so don't expect 5 star US accomodations. But if you are looking for a hotel that is loaded with personality, incredinbly friendly service and a great location then this is the place. From the receptionists to the maids and waiters at the restaurant you will get personalized and friendly attention. My stay was for 2 weeks and I could have stayed forever. I did have a problem with the AC which was taken care of within minutes of telling the main receptionist, Karla. The city of Granada is absolutely charming and the Alhambra is a part of it. There is an internet cafe within the hotel with telephone boothes for international call for about 5 cents/minute. This hotel is very popular with Eurpoean tour groups so it has an international clientel. I felt like I was at home and maybe I'm a little biased because of the way I connected with everyone there but my opinion is that is a great place. It can use a coat of paint here and there but so what?

Room Tip: they are happy to show you another room if you have a problem with the one given to you as long as t...

Amazingly surprised by the interior - beautiful pool, gardens, and rooms were decorated period appropriate. Beds were very comfortable. Totally enjoyed late night swim in garden area pool - almost like a movie star in an old 1940's movie. Convenient location across the main square from wonderful eateries and night clubs. Highly recommend this hotel if you visit Granada.

Room Tip: An interior room overlooking the pool is just lovely.

Great hotel very grand and very central, built in the colonial style. The facad has been re-built to refelect an older era. Rooms are great with very high ceilings. In my oppinion the only place to stay in Granada.
Being in a reserved English party! sun downers were often spoilt by noisy North Americians, but you can't blame the hotel for that.
It's one of my most favourate hotels and would love to stay there again

Room Tip: if you stay in Granada do not miss the Island boat trip, it's wonderfull

I maybe a little biased in favour of this hotel. I came here after travelling so the aircon and comfy bed were very welcome. Taking a more measured look this is a lovely hotel. Staff were friendly, rooms comfy and clean. It is centrally located in Granada right on the main square. Rooms have a safe and tv with a wide selection of channels, many in English. The lobby has free wi-fi. It has a small indoor pool.
Breakfast was ok, nothing special but perfectly fine. I would enjoy staying here again.
