If you are a caver then this is probably not worth the money for you - if you are not it may be a good way to see some of the beauty of a cave without the stress of doing it yourself. It is an added bonus that this is sitting under a centuries old city and so provides a somewhat mysterious backdrop to the tour. That said, it is a lovely cave of stalactites and stalagmites with some human interference in creating tunnels and lighting - certainly beautiful. The tour I was on was not in English which made it less interesting personally, and it is long so be prepared for lots of standing and looking (which again is beautiful) - just not a very active walk!
It is quite damp and can be slippery, steep, and low-ceilinged so plan accordingly!
