We were a party of 4 couples over to Ndy last november, Louis and Pasqualine the Owners of this Hotel - Restaurant, were so helpful that made our trip the best in France.
We got lost on the Ndy little roads and this gentleman took his time on the phone to guide. The rooms are small but pretty and warm, no elevator but few stairs to the first floor of this old house converted into a hotel.
The RESTAURANT, now that is an experience... we went to many restaurants on Paris and on the way to Normandy but this restaurant "Papagal" is just unique. They tolad us they had a new Chief from late october, my goodness HE is really good, we had the best well cooked fresh salmon with different vegetables that we didin't know what they were at the beginning but then they told us there were 3 different kinds of carrots !!!! Amazing.
