Having arrived at Cite Europe shortly after opening, our dining choices were limited. Le Provencal seemed to be open and the hostess was busy setting tables, as we walked by she said bonjour. We decided to give it a try. The breakfast menu is simple but worked for us. We had the croque-monsieur, croque-madame and a typical fry up style breakfast. Everything arrived fairly quickly and was piping hot. While the food was basic it definitely tasted better than if eating the same in the UK. While eating we were given complimentary orange juice which was a nice touch. 3 breakfasts and 3 hot drinks came to about € 25 or roughly converted to £21. To us this seemed reasonable especially for the service we received. Also a lot of the menu was already translated to English if that isa factor for you. For a decent no frills breakfast I'd recommend trying Le Provencal.
