That about says it. It's not the trendiest place in town but if you want to have dinner this is a great place. Interesting dishes, very good service, reasonable prices for a tourist town.
La Tranche sur Mer is a funny place. It closes up in the off season, peaks in July and August and goes back to sleep. I think Le Grill stays open.
They made a passably good hamburger, bravo. Fish and steak dishes were interesting. Great deserts, too!
There's music and lively discussion all around but it's not a party atmosphere.
