My husband and I have just returned from a week staying in this house. We received a wonderful welcome from Marie-Christine and Alain who showed us round the house and gave us a book full of useful information. The house itself was immaculate and HUGE! Every last luxury had been thought of....hair dryer, spare blankets, oyster knives, playing cards. About five mins stroll to the wonderful port at La Flotte with bars, restaurants, shops and a fabulous market, open EVERY day. Probably the best week away we have ever had. Merci beaucoup!

We couldn't believe our luck when we arrived. This is a traditional Ile de Re style house, white-washed with wooden green shutters, perfectly located in the heart of the town, everything we needed was within walking distance. So we parked the car for the week and walked or cycled everywhere. The house is well-furnished and very clean. The courtyard area is a real sun-trap, white walls and pots of pink geraniums. It couldn't be more French!
Loved every minute of the holiday and we hope to return soon.

The whole experience from start to finish was really good. The booking was simple we were met at the requested times. The villa we stayed in was very well equipped, very clean and well set out. The location was fantastic, just 2mins walk from the main shopping and resturant area. The court yard was lovely.The price was reasonable.
The villa was so good we booked both for next year for my parents 60th wedding anniversary, for all the family age ranges from 2yrs to 80yrs.
There is secure parking, that was slightly difficult to get into but i was able to park a 4x4 in the allocated space.But there was still space for hired bikes
Normally when you book these places and it says the number of people that it is for other property owners tend to exaggerate, but not in this case there was definately space for 8 comfortably
