Well I don't know if it's acceptable for an international tourist since he/she might lack the in-depth knowledge of the traditional cuisine of the area but being of Greek origins I can tell the difference. I felt like being served as a tourist. being under a demonstration of something like traditional but not the actual product, I hate this feeling especially when I'm abroad. Maybe this experience was intensified from the location too that was quite noisy but it lacked the folklore aspect considerably. Besides, it was an overpriced experiece.
