This is a fairly nice place with both pros and cons. The main pro is definitely the warmth, kindness and service of Dimitris and Nicola -- they were great at every opportunity. Unfortunately, we were given a poor room (in our opinion) -- #50. When booking, we said we were on our honeymoon, and would like the best possible room (happy to pay the extra $). We were given the option of sea view (70€) or no view (60€) and chose sea view of course. Well, we got a reasonably good view of the town and a side view of the ocean, so no real complaints there.
However, our room was tiny (about 14 inches from the foot of the bed to the wall, and you needed to get past to go to the balcony), and *loud*. We stayed 2 nights and both nights were woken up at about 4:30 am by banging and thumping -- the noise continued well into the morning. The 2nd night I got up to see what it was and it was the night clerk preparing breakfast, unfortunately immediately below us. This clamour at such an early hour totally destroyed our stay.
The 3rd night we asked to move and got a quieter room with no view. In neither case did we feel like we had any sort of a "nice" room though. So, this hotel is probably worth the money, and definitely gets major bonus points for great hosts, but don't book room 50 (or probably any near there) unless you are a very heavy sleeper.
