We were met at the ferry and shuttled(free) to the hotel. The location is next to the coastline on a hill, with a view of the Portara, which is fine, but it also means walking on the road at night. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Our room had a nice balcony and a safe but the bathroom was cramped. There were 2 free laptops to use in the lobby. Breakfast also offered many types of pies - a nice change from the usual fare. If short of time to go to the beach, there is a small indoor pool and hot tub. We were also shuttled back to the ferry. Overall a nice place.

What a welcome we received! What fantastic service from the staff of this wonderful hotel. You are certainly treated like a member of the family - nothing is too much trouble. The location is ideal - a short walk inti the centre of town, the rooms are pleasantly decorated and spotlessly clean, the breakfast is amazing and will set you up for the rest of the day. Restaurant recommendations were all excellent. We look forward to returning as soon as possible.

My husband and I stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was beyond compare. Freshly baked quiches and other yummy treats along with all the traditional breakfast items. It is a short walk into town but this was never a problem.

The people running this hotel are super-nice. They picked us up from the ferry (at midnight) and brought us to the hotel. We stayed in a room with a huge balcony and gorgeous view of the ocean. The room is pretty basic but has everything you need (TV, comfy bed, etc.). The only issue was the shower curtain was quite clingy. Yes, its a bit nitpicky, but they can easily fix this using a shower door or a better curtain/rod.

The nice family running the hotel also helped us find things to do, gave us directions for taking the bus to visit the gorgeous beaches and put on a fantastic breakfast. I would stay here again and have no problem recommending it.

Friendly, family run ,spotlessly clean, efficient, quiet, beautiful sea views, convenient to all amenities. They aim to please, collect you at the port, help in any way possible....everything was winding down here and many establishments closed already for the winter, however, this hotel was fully booked and remains open all winter long. Breakfast was delightful and do ask Nicoletta for her Mother`s recipe for lemon cake ! Internet worked, most of the time, in our room, but computers available all day and night in reception for use...all free. Staff friendly and always helpful....the only disadvantage would be to infirm guests....the walk to town is five minutes by stony rough slope ( no lights at night ) along the headland or by road ( ten minute walk ) Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe quiet location close to all amenities. Only thing missing would be an outdoor pool ....we didn`t use the indoor one at all but it was all spotlessly clean.

what an incredible hotel. the staff make you feel like you are with friends and family. before you even check in you are seated with a piece of spinach pie, a glass of wine and allowed to relax. The breakfast is the best i've ever had in a hotel. everything made from scratch and in abundance. wonderful...can't wait tocome back...

Nikoletta could not do enough for us during our stay. We were welcomed with a little wine and gorgeous spinach and cheese pies so famous in Naxos, this was followed by the amazing breakfasts! We put on pounds! It was easy with an infant there was a good solid baby cot, the balcony was not an issue but could be if you have an adventurous toddler like us but just keep an eye. Definately stay here if you are in Naxos town and donlt mind walking (only 10 minutes) into town or to the beach.
