Fantastic taste, unforgettable presentation and service ... Fair price ... The third star must be in the way ... We will come back. Everybody who has the chance to go there should do. It's really different to many star restaurants ... It's art.

“Memorable Dinner at Michelin Restaurant - Food Gymnastics Well Executed!”
Reviewed 23 July 2013

This restaurant is a bit like the French Laundry meets SLS Hotel's Bazaare restaurant. The service is what you would expect from a Michelin restaurant. The food was amazing, and creative beyond words. I recommend Nino's tasting menu. The wine list is amazing.

“Extraordinary experience on every level!”
Reviewed 1 June 2013

My husband and I agree with all of the excellent reviews; our experience here was unforgettable. The staff welcomed us, escorted us to our table and we selected the a dinner with wine pairings. The presentation of each of the many plates was dazzling with specially made and unique serving pieces - and the flavor and taste did not disappoint. A truly remarkable meal. The restaurant is beautiful, the tables arranged to allow privacy; and the service was excellent without being overdone. We had the pleasure of meeting the chef to personally thank him for such a wonderful experience. He told us, 'first you eat with your eyes, then your nose, finally with your mouth...'
Would definitely return on our next visit to the island.

There are not enough stars in the sky to appropriately rate Il Mosaico. After many exquisite dining experiences it is difficult to be amazed and surprised but both are in abundance here. The Hotel is knock out gorgeous, the dining space-intimate, beautiful and elegant, service is incredibly attentive without being intrusive and the food well...superb cuisine presented gorgeously on artful blown glass,
ceramics, bone china, custom furniture pieces all creatively conceived by the Chef. I have never seen such an immaculate Kitchen or back of House facilities as spectacular prior to visiting Il Mosaico. Every basic detail (water, olive oil, bread) is mind blowing and every course is that times ten. A very special experience and a very talented co-ordinated effort by the entire Staff, Servers, Sommelier, Pastry Kitchen, and Chef.

“World Class. Fantastico.”
Reviewed 23 May 2013

Loved everything about Mosaico from the spaciousness of the tables to the intimacy of dining in the kitchen. The food was outstanding with some of the most creative plating ever. Try the Crudo served on an assortment of Murano glass slabs. Truly a delight both to the palate and the eye. Each course was a true work of art from beginning to end. Loved our Napoli dessert which came with a recording to listen to as one savoured each delicious bite. Nino, the chef, deserves to be regarded as one of the world's finest chefs. Do not miss Mosaico.
