This place is fantastic. Service is slow but it goes with the Island as a whole. The owner, Ivo is a local institution, ask for his "weekly" menus, he will tell you which days he gets which foods, from the wonderful mozzarelle to the best steaks, sausages, and other incredibly hard to find delicacies.
Have him describe in detail all that he brings, do not take anything for granted, even the prosciutto, which is really jamoòn serrano, he makes himself... wines are incredible, you must try his famous "Coppa" (icecream wonder) and his 13-shots of liquors. Absolutely the best experience we had in Ischia. The Best.
