The location is great for visiting the Cinque Terre. However we went in July and in my view it is simply too hot out to stay at a place were there is no AC. We could leave our doors towards the terrace open but that meant being disturbed by the guests who sat out there drinking wine and talking until one in the morning and then being woken up at half past seven in the morning by other guests that eat breakfast, litterally two meters from our bed! In addition to that the walls are paperthin and you can even hear your neighbours snoring.
One morning one of the staff actually opened our door and was heading straight in without even knocking, and I had just gotten out of the shower. I've never stay'd in a hotel were that has happened before.More
