The hotel has so much character that people stop to take pictures of it. It's unique to the strip and it really is the best hotel on the resort. The pool area is great, with large pool, jacuzzi and solarium (also a small gym). Staff are very friendly and helpful making it very easy to approach them. Rooms are full of Italian character. Beach is 5 minutes away with private sun beds for the hotel. Food could do with some improving, but isn't too bad. Overall I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

This hotel is in a great position it's small and pretty, the food is excellent although you choose from a menu the night before .... the staff are helpful. Lovely pool but not many sun beds.nice gym but small.

Room Tip: Rooms on the side do not have much of a view and a very small balcony, but they are clean and comfor...

What a wonderful holiday – this holiday ticked all my boxes. A gem of a hotel and run very efficiently. Beautiful location just a skip to the beach. A restful holiday with no problems, everything was as we wanted it to be. The hotel was immaculate and run as a hotel should be but rarely is. I would recommend this hotel to all our friends.

Great location in Lido Di Jesolo with all amenities nearby. Very attractive hotel with great staff, good food and lovely rooms. The whole hotel is immaculately clean and the rooms are well appointed.

The only thing that stopped me giving the hotel 5 stars is the evening meal service time which is 7pm to 8pm. This is understandable as the food is served a la carte and is pre ordered the night before so it cant be kept standing for a longer window. Nonetheless, it is a bit frustrating but that is just a personal opinion.

The hotel is highly recommended and I am confident you will enjoy it.

Agree very much with previous reviews. Staff are really helpful and friendly and rooms are pretty and quirky with comfortable bed. Air conditioning was set too high so we were running the ceiling fan as well when it was hot at night.

We came to Jesolo in order to access Venice which we did easily 3 times. It is also easy to get to Burano and Torcello. We went on the Thomsons trip to Cortina and the Dolomites. There is nothing to do in Cortina so you need to pay the extra to take the cable car higher up and go for a walk - fantastic scenery. Also went to Treviso which is lovely but everything historic closes at 12. It is a bit if a trek with 2 changes of bus. Lido di Jesolo itself is not for us -very busy and noisy although it quietness down around midnight. We did however come across some opera in the public square.

Agree with comments about the food. Vegetables and fish were lovely but food was not consistently good. It would be great to have fresh fruit for breakfast and the coffee was terrible and Italian coffee should be wonderful which it was in a tiny bar which we found in Venice.

Room Tip: We had a superior room at the front. It was noisy but lovely bathroom. Balcony is small but you can...

I agree with all the other positive reviews, great staff, good location, clean and very friendly.
Would be worth 5* but for the barely average food. The hotel really need to get a grip on this. If you were served these meals in a motorway service station in the UK you wouldn't be surprised, but in a hotel in Italy? And the already mentioned WiFi problem - taking to staff it seems that the WiFi had been a problem for a week or so before we arrived but the hotel manager had the cheek to try and make out it was a problem with my phone when I mentioned it on our second day. Apparently the WiFi will be resolved over the winter off season.
Apart from that we had a great holiday and we didn't let the poor food experience spoil it...there is always the pizzeria opposite which does serve great food.

We (parents with 3 adult children in 2 rooms) stayed for a week booked through Thomson. We'd agree with many of the comments from previous reviews and enjoyed our stay. Summary comments

Plus points:
1. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed help recovering a lost bag and also to get a boarding pass printed for a friend and both were dealt with expertly, fast and enthusiastically. The staff are quite a small team and appear in different roles through the day and by the end of the week we felt part of the family
2. Cleanliness. The hotel (and the resort) are immaculate
3. Location. The hotel is at the quieter end of Lido de Jesolo, but there are many good restaurants nearby. The waterpark (Aqualandia) is 5 mins walk away and is a good day out. The beach is also less than 5 mins walk away, is lovely, and the hotel has reserved sun beds and umbrellas there (free). You can also catch a bus from close to the hotel that takes you to a boat to Venice. Cost for a ticket for the bus, the boat and the water buses in Venice is €23.50

Minus points
1. Food. The food in the restaurant was a little disappointing in comparison to some of the excellent restaurants nearby. Breakfast was a standard hotel buffet, but could have been improved with a bit of variety day to day and fresh (rather than tinned) fruit. The evening meal, usually pre-ordered the night before, supported by soup and pasta was OK sometimes, but a little disappointing on others. My daughter is vegetarian and on a couple of nights there was very little choice for her
2. Pool. The pool itself is lovely, but the one day (Sunday) when we tried to relax by it, we found the sun loungers very uncomfortable and a lot of noise from the road that runs behind the hotel. It's possible that our timing was poor. If you just want to play in the pool and splash about it's great.
3. WIFI. This is something of a mystery. My son and I were both using smart phones and both had problems re-logging on to the WIFI. We think that for some reason our phones were not logging off properly when we left the hotel, and then were not able to get back on line when we got back. The answer that my son found was to leave his phone on all the time, logged on and at the hotel.

Although I've listed 3 plus and 3 minus points, our overall experience was positive and we would recommend the hotel to others. Special mention has to be made of the excellent team who run the hotel and look after the guests like family

Room Tip: Our room, 208, was near the back, quiet, and got great afternoon sun. The children's (triple roo...
