We loved everything about the Hotel Rosa and Lido De Jeselo in general. A very warm welcome from Giovanni on our arrival who, throughout our stay was fantastic. He made us complementary drinks on our arrival and throughout our stay (Apperol's and Hugo's), and also
gave us a very welcome lift in his own car to the bus station for our journey home. Also, plenty of tourist info about what to see and what to avoid. What a guy.
The location of the hotel is also excellent as is the hotel itself. The beach is close by with fine sand and is "child friendly" shallow. The hotel also supply a pass for free sun beds and parsol.
Rooms have AC and breakfast is included.
All this, plus it being so close to Venice means we'll definitely be coming back to Hotel Rosa.

All was great in this friendly hotel!
Location: Excellent! Close to night life, restaurants, shopping, 3 minutes walk to the beach -free private place included, free private parking in its own closed garden. Easy to reach Venice by ship or car (ship was chosen: easier and wonderful !), to rent bikes-own hotel bikes or rent next to it, to organise trips for discovering.
Hotel: daily cleaning, new looking, tasty breakfast, coffee. Kindly and helpful staff, friendly chat and amazing trip recommendations from Giovanni! Thanks a lot!

Hotel Rosa is a nice, small hotel with the greatest hotel host ever!! Perfectly located with the beach only 5 minutes away! Breakfast was a bit simple. Rooms were cleaned every day including fresh linen. Very beautiful/modern room, which is decorated by the hotel staff. The hotel owner informed you a lot about the environment and excursions nearby.

We will definitely come back again!

Saluti Elisa's!!

The hotel is very nice and close tot he beach(2 min.).Giovanni (the owner s son) and the staff were very helpfull and gave us a lot of usefull information. When we arrived he made us two Apperol (an Italian drink) as a welcoming gift. He also gave us a map with all the important places to go and to see in Lido. The room was big enough and we had a terase (balcony) where we could stay in the evening and enjoy the street view, which was very nice. The room was cleaned every day and the bathroom towels were changed daily. The cabin shower was big enough. The AC worked, but we didn t use it a lot, because it wasn t very hot outside. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of things to choose from (coffee, tea, milk, fruits, ham, cheese, bread, jam, honey etc.). Near the hotel are a lot of restaurants and shops, so you can eat everyday in a different place nearby. When we left, we felt like we have had one of the best holidays ever! We would always come back to Hotel Rosa and we highly recomend it!

Room Tip: Every room has a different design.

What really sets Hotel Rosa apart is the excellent customer service you receive. Staff couldn't do enough to help and we were given excellent advice on our trip to Venice (you can buy the travel tickets at the hotel which makes it easier). We were even given a lift to the bus station on our last day - they really go out of their way to help. The hotel is also in an excellent location close to the beach and plenty of good restaurants. I would definitely stay at Hotel Rosa again and would recommend it to others.

We had a really great stay in Jesolo and everything exceeded our expectations.
The accommodation is in a descent location, 5 minutes walk from the busstation and a short walk to the shopping street restaurant and of course to the beach.

The staff are very friendly, helpful, especially Giovanni! He helped us a lot with his short introduction about Jesolo; like where to go, where to eat, nightlife, sights, ... The room was always tidy, it means perfect!

And on our departure date Giovanni drove us with his private car to the bus terminal. We really appreciate it.
"Again Thank you very much!"

If we ever venture back to Jesolo, we will definitely stay in Hotel Rosa.

Booked it through Travel Republic for 7 nights B&B. Well pleased with the cost because the 3* hotel we stayed in on our previous visit to Jesolo Lido were asking more than twice the price for the same dates and board basis.

We were allocated Room 3 on 1st floor which had much-needed efficient aircon,a large shared and furnished balcony, plenty of storage space,a bijou bathroom with a decent-sized walk-in shower and a comfortable SuperKing size double bed, flat screen TV.No fridge though.Room maintenance was faultless with clean towels on demand. Some of the bath towels were a bit thin as were the walls between the rooms.

Breakfasts were cold/continental and served between 8 and 10am. If you came down after 9am the full choice of fresh fruit/cheese/hams/salamis/weak fruit juices had depleted though there was some re-stocking.Always cereals/breads/croissants throughout. One cheerful lady maintained the breakfast room and its buffet and brought hot drinks to order for all guests almost unaided-my didn't she work hard!

The star of the show is Giovanni who is the third generation of the owning family. Could not have been more helpful or informative and speaks excellent English-he told me he had stayed with family members in Hastings,UK some years previously where he learned English. The latter is not to be taken for granted because English is not widely spoken in catering and hospitality venues in this resort. When I e-mailed and asked him for walking directions from the nearby bus station to his hotel he gave me his phone number and asked me to call from our mobile on our arrival at the bus station and he would pick us up with our trundle luggage. And he did within 5 minutes.

He recommended 2 eateries both of which we tried and enjoyed, but the one I strongly recommend from our experience is Fra Goloso up a side street next to a gaming arcade only 200 metres from the hotel.Typically Veneto cuisine-we were the only foreigners in the busy restaurant of rustic style decor- of outstanding quality especially the fresh pasta in sauces. Not a pizza to be seen which in this resort is miraculous! Nothing on the menu translated into English so a certain amount of guesswork might be needed,no wine list (she shows you a bottle and if you fancy it you're away).Very acceptable bottle of local Friuli for 9 euros.Fresh pasta in gorgonzola cream sauce (modest quantity) 7 euros.Large plate of assorted hot hors d'ouvres including breadfruit on fried sliced cheese, zucchinis and melted brie, baby garlic mushrooms, prosciutto and salami 13 euros and worth every cent.Dessert was fresh strawberries with a Grand Marnier cream sauce 5 euros and mmmmmm!

Sorry to have taken space out of the hotel review for dining advice.

Resort very busy with visitors 90% Italian and they are not poor.Lots of style,Beautiful People and show-offs to behold. Therefore tranquil it is not.V Bafile after 8pm when it is (supposed to be) traffic-free is like walking down London's Oxford Street.

If we return to LdJ we agree we will stay up the Lido end of town again as the end where Hotel Rosa is is just a bit too hectic for we 60-somethings. But the hotel is brilliant value for money.

Room Tip: No lift so request 1st floor room if you are not superfit.
