The hotel is homy and very neat, about 10 min from the bus station and 2 min from the beach which is very clean. As far as I understood, each hotel in this area has its own pool of sun chairs and umbrellas, so upon check-in everyone is given a beach pass indicating your umbrella's number. Coming to the beach, you don't have to look for vacant places- you always have your own ones. By the way, please bring your beach towel with you since the hotel does not provide them. Of course, you can buy them in local stores (as we had to do) but I found them pricy (approx.10-15 Euro each).
If you are a shopper and traveling before August 30, there is a bus to Noventa di Piave fashion outlets at 12.00 pm and 6.00 pm stopping at Piazza Drago (7-10 min from the hotel), costs 5 Euro round trip.
Our room was quite small which is usual for Italy but comfortable and was cleaned every day. Breakfast was always the same and seemed to lack a few things like eggs, toaster, fresh vegetables/fruits, good cheese. If you are staying for a week or less, you are probably going to be fine ;).
Lido di Jesolo has many nice restaurants, most of them are on the same street with Grottamare.
All in all, our stay was great. The owners are super sweet people and always ready to help.
