We are returning this year for our 9th visit!
This hotel hosted us for our first time in Lido Di Jesolo, and we haven't been able to go elsewhere since.
The hotel is set just back from the main road, and is set along the seafront, which means all you have to do is get up from your sunlounger and walk out by the beach bar, and there you are on the beach.
This hotel, really does provide a great opportunity for you to try fine Italian cuisine, with a buffet service for dinner, providing an assortment of different fish, salad and soup for starter. Then a long buffet table of different pasta and risotto dishes, as well as a hot grill with different steaks. Followed by veg, potatoes and carved meat from the roast section. Followed by desserts of fresh fruit and fresh cream cakes.

The breakfast is just as glorious too, with your usual continental of fresh fruit, cereal, cold meats, cheese, croissants, bread rolls. As well as cooked breakfasts consisting of; sausage, fried eggs, boiled eggs, and pancakes.
I have to say though, people who moan about a one pancake rule. When we first started going to the hotel, this wasn't the case. But as you can imagine, people get greedy and so they have now enforced this rule.
Other complaints, being of Mr Gianetti himself. He is there to ensure that everything runs smoothly so that people get the quality they've paid for. People are all too quick to moan when it isn't 'up-to-scratch'.

There is a charge for sun-beds which is 4 euros per day, and you can only secure a sun-bed by paying this, which you are then given a towel which signals you've paid. This prevents the massive rush early morning for sun beds.

People moan about the decor of the hotel, but really, who gives two hoots? If you're going on a summer holiday to stay in a hotel room all day, really, what is the point? The rooms are lovely and clean, where the maids change your towels daily.

Finally, Venice is a short ride away, where you can get tickets for the boat to Venice from the tabacchi.. Asked the girls at reception for further details as they are very friendly and helpful!

Would highly recommend this hotel. Go and Enjoy!

This year we will be visiting this Hotel for the third time with friends. The Hotel is located right on the beach and has it's own beach area with free deck chairs. You can hire sun loungers on the beach or hire Sun beds round the Hotel pool. The staff are polite, immaculately dressed, efficient and friendly. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style with an excellent choice of food. The rooms are a little dated but do not detract from the overall experience of this lovely Hotel. Have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel.

The restaurant provided a fantastic array of food, there was something for everyone and it all tasted superb. Breakfast again was fab something for everyone, however the *1 fried egg* per person is a little strange but it didn't bother us.
The staff are polite and courteous and happy to help.
The beach is literally a stones throw away, the only let down are the sellers who pester you a bit but be clear your not interested and they stay away.
The trips from the hotel are well worth doing and we had 2 fabs days in Venice and wine tasting.
The bar was not open during our visit which was a shame but there were other bars just down the road. The hotel is in need of updating but it is acceptable.
I would happily return to this hotel.

Room Tip: Side rooms done have very big baloney's and do not get much sun on them.

Visited in May 2013 and cannot wait to return in May 2014. The restaurant experience is truly exceptional. The quisine is superb with more variety than ever previously experienced. The staff are, without exception, efficient and courteous. We had a corner room with partial sea view at the back which was meticulously cleaned daily. Cannot fault this beautiful hotel, which has now become an annual event for our family.

Room Tip: Although at back, corner room was quiet and had spacious, light balcony.

I managed to get a fantastic last minute deal to the Venetian Riviera which included 7 days HB at this hotel. The main season was still some weeks away therefore the hotel wasn’t even half full although this didn’t stop the staff making us welcome and doing their utmost to provide a pleasant atmosphere. Food is in the form of a buffet with a great selection for both breakfast and dinner (even better at dinner!). The owner of the hotel (an elderly gentleman) used to stand in the eating area during breakfast in his pin stripe suit and his arms behind his back watching all that was going on… The younger staff looked petrified every time they pasted him…!! The hotel room was very basic although very clean and serviced at least 5 times during my stay (it met my expectations). The hotel is situated right next to the beach which is brilliant and has its own ‘private’ area although be warned, there were no sun loungers (these could be purchased daily from a guy on the beach) only ‘deck chairs’ which I found really uncomfortable after a few hours… The beach is lined intermittently with hut style bars and is reasonably priced for both food and drink. Try the Aperol Spritzer…. Fantastic . The main strip seems to go on forever in both directions with plenty of amenities. Venice can easily be reached using public transport which involved a bus to the harbour and then boat over to Venice which is much better and cheaper than booking an excursion, try it….! Great holiday and a very enjoyable experience; who knows, I may even go back…..

Myself and family stayed at this hotel 3 years running, last visit was August 2013, the standards have dropped, at breakfast this year you could only have one pancake each, and only available after 8am...how odd is that!. my 9 year old loves pancakes for breakfast, she was disappointed with one tiny little pancake, my husband and I had to get one for her as well, considering we had paid for half board and not a greedy family I was discussed and made to feel greedy, she didn't have anything else on her plate. After dinner on the first evening we didn't fancy desert, the dinning area was way too hot, (no aircon on) so decided we would take an apple each and eat it in the outside area, we were told by the rude owner (he is about 80 and should have retired by now) NO YOU CAN NOT TAKE FOOD OUTSIDE, which was not true as eat outside during the day. then to top the lot the air con broke down, 38 degrees outside and hotter in, Dull hotel with no entertainment. However I must add the Manager (female) was lovely, shame the owner wont listen to her.

Room Tip: no fitness centre or children's activities, great location, poor attitude from the owner
