“Hotel very much”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 25 August 2014

Vacationing with his family in the middle of August 2014. The hotel liked everything. On the beach at room stood two sunbeds and an umbrella. The kids could play immediately on the playground. The following year, again going here.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are made up to a high standard every day. As other reviewers have suggested make sure you get a front facing balcony or you will end up with a tiny side one as we did. Helpful staff who will guide you around Jesolo.

Our family of four (2 adults and 2 older teens) stayed at the hotel at the end of July.

We found the hotel very comfortable and welcoming. The staff couldn't be faulted – the only minor problem we had (when a safe failed to open) was dealt with immediately by reception.

The rooms were a reasonable size (ours faced outward and to the side) and storage space was adequate. The bathroom was practical (space to put washbags etc.) and the shower was excellent. A fridge and safe were included free of charge, as was air conditioning. The only thing that let it down was the tiny balcony where there was only really room to hang towels and certainly wasn't big enough to hold a table or chairs or to sit out on. Some rooms do have larger balconies, so if this is a priority for you, I would suggest emailing the hotel in advance and requesting one. Everywhere was kept spotlessly clean. The Wifi is free and available throughout the hotel, including in the bedrooms. You do have to re-connect every hour, but the reliability is brilliant – better than we get at home!

The food was a very good quality, although possibly slightly confusing to those used to British meals. The salad buffet was very good – a lot of variety and all tasty. I tended to just have this rather than also having a starter. The starters were frequently rather substantial and were often followed by a very small (but tasty) main course. Deserts were also very good.
If you are planning a full day trip to Venice and not expecting to be back in time for dinner, you can order a substantial packed lunch instead - just ask at breakfast. If you only want half a bottle of wine or of soft drinks, they will keep it for you until the next evening – you’ll find it there waiting for you keeping nicely chilled in an ice bucket. Breakfast is a standard European buffet breakfast. I just wish they would put a jug of milk by the tea machine rather than having to walk over the cereal section.

The hotel has its own private section of beach and you will be allocated a sunbed and parasol for the duration of your stay (thereby doing away with the traditional early morning holiday towel-rush!). The beach is lovely and sandy and there is a very gentle slope into the sea. The pool is quite a good size and was very clean and not too cold.

You can borrow bikes from the hotel, although we didn't get round to this and there is a table tennis table and boules available.

The hotel is situated quite a way from the centre of Lido di Jesolo - too far to walk, but the buses run 3 times an hour and cost €1.2. Alternatively you can buy a 1 hour ticket for €1.8 which gives you time to get to the bus station in the centre and then to change and go out the other side (i.e. to get to Aqualandia) although I doubt if this would give you enough time to get to Punta Sabbioni to catch the ferry to Venice. Incidentally, if you are planning to visit Aqualandia, make sure you buy a reduced price ticket in advance from the hotel for €26 rather than the full price of €30 on the door.

The hotel is located on Piazza Torino which hosts live music and events several times a week. While we were there, they also had an incredible sand sculpture.

Room Tip: Not all rooms have balconies, so do ask if this is a priority for you.

We spent our sixth summer beach vacation in this nice hotel and we can assure all newcomers to this place that it is well worth trying! There are hotels with even more facilities, there are ones with more stars but what makes this hotel unique for us is the nonstop efforts of all the management and the staff to make your holiday a really relaxing and fully enjoyable one from the very moment you arrive up to the farewell handshake. This human factor makes us feel at home there and what else would you expect when otherwise your gourmet foods, immaculate cleannes everywhere and your good rest in the room or at the beach is otherwise granted?

Room Tip: Full sea-view room in the left building (facing the sea).

My usual hotel wasn't available. This was OK but for the price, in low season, I expected more. The decor is very dated. The breakfast coffee is self service push button, and not very nice(not 4 Star, surely?). There was no iron available so I could pay 3/4 Euros an item or look creased all week - again, not 4 Star.
The staff were efficient but not especially warm.
Perhaps I expected too much from a hotel which can demand any price it likes in the high season and becomes complacent.

Room Tip: Bathroom noise from residents above showering at 6 am(what's that all about?), but not sure how...

I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks in July. The hotel was clean, with very good service and supportive staff. Free bicycles, an umbrella and lounges in the beach made my stay more comfortable. There was a refrigerator in the room, which was very usefull. I'll stay there next time if I visit Lido di Jesolo.

Have stayed here for 4 days in September 2012. Superb hotel with service, rooms, location and everything. I had booked a single room for my family which included my wife and my two daughters. Rooms were spacious and the staff supplied us with an extra bed and we slept well in the night. The highlight of the hotel is food and music while dinner is really cool. All in all, I would definitely come here again.
