Plan to spend time here, if possible, and to make a return visit because there is so much to see! I could easily spend all day admiring the vast collections and would be comfortable doing so as there's plenty of resting spots for quiet reflection.
I did not have the opportunity to visit pre-renovation, so I cannot contrast the improvements, however the entire museum is a work of art with a fabulous open layout. It is apparent that each nook and cranny is cared for by the very courteous and knowledgeable staff.
The glass art collection is mind-blowing and there's plenty of character and eclecticism to all of the collections. Indoor and outdoor seating make it an idea spot for lunchtime.
Best of all, admission is free! If you are in the area, this is a must-stop attraction!
