At the hospital visiting someone and stopped in. Tiny little place you would miss if you weren't hunting for it. Seating area in the lobby of the medical building.
Had the bean soup, small side serving of potato salad and broccoli salad. All were home made and yummy. good for a quick bite.

The restaurant is in the Hague Medical Tower in the hospital complex. I used to see a doctor in the building and tried the little deli. You step into the small space and order. The waitress brings you your food. The first thing I ate was the navy bean soup. It is so good I have had the soup every time I eat there. There is a good selection of sandwiches, soups, salad, drinks. Now my doctor is long gone from the building, but I still drive there just to satisfy my craving for the soup.

Forget flying to The Big Apple for a great deli sandwich...it's right here in my hometown! Corned beef or pastrami rueben..sooo lean, sooo big & the kraut just makes it even better! One friend had the tuna deluxe with a generous side of potato salad...the other ordered a large chicken salad on a croissant. To die for! Loads of homemade (no kidding) white meat chicken salad heaped on warm croissant, served with side of broccoli salad and owners' secret sauce! The best part...I had enough leftover for the office the next day. Oh, the owner (23 years) let me sample the soups de jour...unbelievable!! All loaded with fresh ingredients...what a find...my October house guests are in for a treat! Too bad deli isn't open for dinner!

The staff is helpful and very friendly. I ordered two sandwichs ... a Ruben and a Chicken Salad. Both were more than reasonable in price (cheap) and plentiful. M
The chicken salad appeared to be homemade and very tasteful. Also had a bowl of homemade Ham and Bean soup. This was not the normal Ham and Beans but one that was in a iight tomato broth that was both different and a great change from the run in mill bean soap! It was served with garlic toasted freench bread that taste just as good as it smelled. Quality of everything was top draw!
