We enjoyed a lovely relaxing two week holiday at casa la noria. Communication with the owners was great and very prompt with answering my countless questions! The villa was very clean and the 4 bathrooms had recently been updated which was great. We loved eating all our meals on the terrace as we looked out over the beautiful sea. II would just like to add that although there were air conditioning units in the lounge and master bedroom the ceiling fans in the other 3 bedrooms for us personally were not adequate and we did struggle to sleep at night so for the future, this could be improved upon. However we did have a great holiday and would like to return. Thank you

The villa is in a great location away from the main strip in Mojacar playa, up in the hills, meaning it's peaceful and has lovely views of the mountains and the sea. The whole place is very spacious for the three of us that were staying and great value compared to other smaller properties I'd looked at. The bathrooms are all brand new and everywhere very tastefully furnished, decorated and well appointed. Water was a problem the first couple of evenings but think this was due to the water board rather than the villa as there were vans in the area. Owners both friendly and helpful, would love to go back

This is a beautiful villa with views of both the sea and mountains that will leave you breathless. Set up a fairly steep incline there is a great restaurant La Parata and fantastic bar La Posada (with wifi) located only a few minutes away and the shops and main town area only a little further by car, so you are perfectly located for a tranquil break within easy access of amenities if required. The villa itself is very large and beautifully kept in traditional Spanish style and has everything you could possibly need to relax and enjoy your stay. The pool was fantastic and a perfect temperature which we thoroughly enjoyed.
Finally the owners were lovely and live just across the road and were on hand to help with anything. A beautiful place and a great retreat! Thanks guys, we will be back next year!

This is a magical place. The villa is spacious and well designed with a lovely pool and fabulous setting. It felt luxurious to be in such a beautiful setting.
A really relaxing and enjoyable holiday which I would recommend highly.

2 reviews A lovely, spacious and well equipped villa, in a spectacular location, with a delightful and generous outside space affording wonderful views over the mountains and sea and a very pleasant swimming pool. The service from the owners was superb, helpful and friendly. The house is set up a steeply winding hill road in a very attractive neighbourhood, but is only a five minute drive down to the beach. I would love to go back.
