“Stunning place to visit.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 25 August 2013

We visited Mijas Pueblo whilst on holiday with Club La Costa. The village is simply full of charm and has amazing views.
You can wander around all day if you wish to.
We arrived mid-afternoon and decided to have a drink first,in one of the many cafes.
We then went for a walk around the numerous shops. There are loads to visit and none of the owners press you into purchasing !
We also visited the Bull Fighting museum and the bull ring too (seperate reviews done). These were also enjoyable.
After a few hours we decided to eat and have a couple of drinks before heading off back home.
Once again,we had a lovely day out in Mijas Pueblo.

“Great Views”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 July 2013

The views from the village are great if you go up to the top by the bull ring and church or the Capella. However if you drive after around the village there is a stop to park and see the village from above. There are hiking trails from town check in tourist office in town. Take water and go early or late with someone or fall-Spring when not so hot or cold. I like the drive around town and then follow the original road toward Coin at the cross roads to Fuengirola take the road down and back to the coast gives a nice day out.

“Great views and a nice work out!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 June 2013

We combined the blue (up) and yellow (down) trail and it was a perfect hour hike that was semi challenging at times but always offered breath-taking views! We lucked out with a few clouds - otherwise I'd imagine it'd be sweltering in direct sunlight. Highly recommend it!

“Mijas village”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 April 2013

Very atmospheric village set in the mountains with fabulous views down to the sea. It has an old religious shrine set in a cave, a very small bullring and lots of narrow streets. OK it's a bit commercialised now with horse & buggy rides, tourist shops & bars & restaurants galore. I've been there many times now & will probably go back again sometme.

“Beautiful Panoramic Views of Cost del Sol”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 April 2013

Mijas is a small mountain town that oversees parts of the Costa del Sol specially the beach area just before Marbella called Fuengirola. The panoramic views are stunning and the town itself has those small streets with small shops, cafes....etc. You can take a trip around the town with a donkey cart. It's around 30 min from Marbella and worth the visit
