This is the best tapas / bar in Frigiliana. A local place where the people are very friendly. There's always different tapas every day - and the owner cooked mussels and clams for me on request. Go for lunch and you'll end up staying all afternoon.

A very traditional and extremely welcoming bar/restuarant. We visited on day 1 of our holiday for a quick drink and some tapas- loved the service and the quality of food and drinks. 3 weeks later, still in Frigiliana, it has become a fantastic place for a quick drink, tapas, breakfast.

Always seems to be a really nice man and woman serving (she speaks better English) both are really welcoming. The breakfast bocadillos are so good, the tapas changes every day and is just superb! S nice to sit with the locals - Spanish and European- and watch the world go by.

Don't judge a book by its cover! Immerse yourself in Frigiliana life and have a relaxing time at this place- you won't regret it!

Our thanks to the couple running this place for your service and hospitality over the past 3 weeks.

The restaurant is on the Avenida Carlos Cano (Frigiliana ring road), opposite the new Plaza de las Tres Culturas development. The restaurant is rustic with bare brick arches and an outdoor area, protected by blinds. There is also a bar serving tapas with drinks. The menu is typical Spanish and Andalucian. The bar/restaurant serves breakfasts, lunches, dinners and drinks.

2 of us went here for dinner. One of us chose gambas pil-pil (spicy prawns served piping hot - €7.50), which was excellent. The other chose beef fillet steak (€17), served with fries and vegetable garnish. The beef was perfectly cooked as ordered (“al punto” – medium-rare) and very good. The fries were very good, handcut, although the accompanying frozen vegetables were rather sad (usual in many Spanish restaurants).

There were several other tables occupied for dinner (mixture of locals and tourists) – pretty good for a March Sunday evening. The service wsas good and professional. The ambience is typical Spanish/Andalucian.
