The hotel has a deceptive front entrance set down an unattractive back road, which to be honest when we arrived at midnight did not impress! We were given two small rooms overlooking this street despite asking London booking agent to make sure we got pool view rooms which we wanted after reading the reviews on here. The night porter said it was nothing to do with him and was not as friendly as we think he could have been after a long journey. Also were not offered a snack despite having paid for this first night.
However we got up early next morning and were given two nice neighbouring rooms with pool views as we had requested! There were clean and comfortable, hot water and decent bathroom, maid found me extra pillows with a smile. Restaurant was relaxed help yourself for all meals. Normal choice of meats salads veg and chips. Why people moan about chips every night l don't know, because they soon eat them and would soon moan if they we there! The pool area is clean and attractive with plenty of sunbeds. There is a gentle programme of craft making for children every day which is low key and free. If you expect a full on kids club this is not the place for you. If you wsnt to relax and chill out and enjoy Cala Millor which has a lovely beach and blue sea with lots of good cafes and walks then this fits the bill. We travelled with our 2 daughters aged 16 & 20 for a week and if we could guarentee a pool view room would come back!

If you want a very cheap place to lay your head then this is the place.
Chips and pork to eat, diluted drinks and dirty rooms, not for me. Avoid this place if you want to enjoy your holiday.
The hotel is handy for the town and beach but I suggest looking on Google earth for it's location and do look on street view at the building opposite it's a guarantee that you'll not enjoy it.

Initially was sceptical as there some negative reviews, but was pleasantly surprised on arrival and during the stay.
We spent 8 nights at the hotel & found the room clean, reasonably comfortable & for the time of year (May 2014)fairly quiet!
Food was good albeit a bit repetitive but there was something for everyone.
Bar opened from 10am to 10pm
Staff friendly & quick to help & the rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels when needed.
We were on second floor, roadside which was fine, not to noisy at night.
About ten minute walk to the shops & beach.
We enjoyed our stay & would go back again. Would also recommend the Mint Lounge Bar on the sea front, great atmosphere!!

Room Tip: We had Room 236 which was roadside with balcony, at the time we went it was not noisy outside, although a couple of nights, fire crackers were let off.

The rooms are nice and spacious with air conditioning. The pool area is lovely and great for relaxing and tanning, and the bar and restaurant are cosy. The food is okay though there's not much variety. The best thing about the hotel is its friendly staff. The hotel seems great for families with kids, and okay for people who just need a place to eat and sleep. All in all it's a good hotel for three stars.
