Don't get me wrong you will have a good time here but there are several things that could make it better as an all inclusive.
Points to note as a Brit its very much a hotel orientated towards German guests... not that its an issue but be aware. Fortunately there isnt a crack of dawn raid to bagsy sunbeds but the hotel isn't full so it could be different if it were.
Pool is small and for the size hotel no where near enough beds. It is right on the beach just across the prom but sunbeds and parasols are not free and would come in as EUR 12.60 per day for a couple. We sat on our towels...
Water round the pool is restricted to plastic cup fulls (as many as you want) but no bottles handed out and since the rooms have fridges it wouldn't take much to provide a bottle in there a day....
Not really geared towards children and tbh as a couple aged 49/50 we were some of the youngest here. Its definetly an older clientele but on the plus side no rowdiness to be found.
Food is ok but like with any AI it gets repetitive but you won't starve. Restaurant isn't the largest so may be a struggle if hotel is full. Salad excellent but hot food wasn't the best, there is a cooking station but it can't really cope and once they were trying to provide at speed meaning chicken simply wasn't cooked properly and that's when not full.
Getting served with a beer or wine at lunchtimes in the restaurant was also hit and miss. They needed more waiters on.
Entertainment is poor. So poor that its laughable...
Location is good 15 minute stroll along promenade to the central area - so far enough away to be quiet but near enough for shops.
Rooms are clean and well decorated looking to be recently done. Beds felt hard but we slept well.
One major gripe was safety deposit box, (not withstanding that we feel this is something that AI should cover anyway) here they wanted EUR65 for our 10 day stay... this we feel is well out of order.
It does cater for disabled guests well, there are several wheelchair users here and even a lift into the pool.
As mentioned all in all we are having a great time, just some small touches would go along way to justify its 4 stars.
