Booked this hotel via low cost holidays, it lived up to the 'low cost'. Having said that the beds were comfortable and the food was nice piping hot and plentiful. Unfortunately the thing that let the hotel down was the lack of decent crockery and glasses. Drinks were only available in plastic cups!!! The staff were helpful and polite what this hotel needs are updated photos as if you book by the hotels own photos it looks amazing, and you will be disappointed. These photos have to at least at least 10 years old as the view of the sea is only available through a small gap in the buildings and tree's that have appeared since the publicity photos were taken. We did enjoy our stay but unless this hotel is given an extensive refurbishment we won't be visiting again

Room Tip: Be at the back of the hotel only the passing traffic to keep you awake.

We arrived at 4.40 in the morning after a long trip and had to wait for 20 minutes to come and serve us on reception and show us to our room. The bloke who eventually turned up at 5am, never apologised for keeping us waiting, didnt offer drinks etc and didnt show us to our room. Leaving us to find our room wouldnt have bothered us if wed have been in the same building, but even though we were all inclusive guests we were in a seprate self catered building across the road which also wasnt explained to us, until we went back to reception the following day. The walls are very thin so could always hear people walking up and down stairs and talking in corridors so be wary if a light sleeper. My only other complaint with this hotel is that we had an early return flight and asked if we could have some sandwhiches or something to take with us for breakfast as a picnic service was offered for all inclusive guests and we were told no.

Apart from the guy on our first day we had no problems with any of the other staff. The dining room staff cleared tables as soon as you were finished and were very friendly. The recpetion staff were very helpful when we organised a day trip on the local bus. The rooms were cleaned reguarly and the air con was good. The view from the room wasnt much but we didnt spend enough time in the room for it to matter to us. The pool is small and quite deep so doesnt warm up until the afternoon but the sea is much warmer. We had no struggle for sunbeds in a morning when we went down after breakfast. Food isnt fantasic but its basic and tasty, we mainly went all inclusive for breakfast and drinks really which is really worth it in our opinion (apart from juices and coffee in a morning).

5 minute walk from the shops which we were glad about because it would be a lot noiser if it was closer. We didnt stop in the hotel of a night time so cant really comment about the entertainment of an evening, but theres lots of nice shops and bars close by. Wed go back, iv never stopped anywhere that served slush puppies and a malibu equivellent on all inclusive.

This hotel was clean & air con in room lovely, food, entertainment & pool area were all awful. we were all inclusive & had to eat out 3 nights of the week. Breakfast was edible except the milk & juices were awful. the water out of the machine had bits in & wasn't even cold. The Soups that were served at lunchtime & dinner were like water. There was no evening entertainment & no atmosphere as everyone had gone out. the snacks were disgusting & kids had to pay for ice creams, crisps & peanuts.
The pool was very small & there were not enough sunbeds although there would not have been room to put more.

My boyfriend and I booked to go here for the 10th of August to the 20th. After reading tripadvisors I was slightly worried about going, however I know that more people come on this site to moan than to compliment so went with an open mind.

This hotel was perfect for us. We got this hotel as a cheap last minute deal as an all inclusive holiday and couldn't of been happier with our wee find!

First of all this is a 3* hotel. Not the ritz. People who think they should be wined and dinned need to go somewhere else.

The rooms were clean and whilst I'm aware if your at the back of the hotel you don't get a great view, we were at the front and had the gorgeous mountains to look out at. A lot of people have complained that you can hear everything in your rooms. We stayed in room 412 which was right beside the elevator and whilst we could here if noisy people came home it wasn't any different to perhaps staying in a travel lodge, it was fine! The rooms are cleaned except on a Wednesday and Sunday with fresh towels constantly available. However, girls take a hair dryer! Only thing id want extra in the room!

The pool is smallish but it suits the size of the hotel! It's kept very clean and I was impressed about the amount of up keep it received! There is a life guard also but he was never really needed, however I think it's good they have one encase of emergencies. We found so long as we were down by half 9 we could get sun beds easily enough!

The bar staff, reception and restaurant staff are all lovely! They do there job and do it well. Always very attentive and helpful

The food and drinks are good. There was always something to way for everyone. There's a selection of wines, spirits and even cocktails and slushies you can get on the all inclusive! Lovely! There are snack between meals which are fresh fruit and sandwiches.

You get free wifi in the lobby area but can pay for it (pretty cheaply too!) for it around the hotel.

The entertainment was good also. There's a women who does it all on her own, who's always going around the pool encouraging people to join in the activities! From the sounds of things the got pretty fun - and competitive! She also put on quizzes and got animal shows in at night which were good!

The area this hotel is located in is beyond perfect!! 3 minute walk to the beach and promenade! This is filled with shops, restaurants and entertainment activities! A lot of people hire bikes and cycle it! There's also places you can book boat trips, jet skiing and parasailing! Which we done all off, all amazing!

Overall great wee find! Some people except so much from there holidays and ruin it by finding faults! Your on holidays! All you should need is a bed a pool and somewhere to tan! Great location and great wee place to stay! We would defiantly go back !
