We were 1 adult and 2 teenagers who went on a 1,5 hour trip and we where satisfied. After a brief instruction we went around the parkour track, which was fine. However we only used 15 minutes in total here. After that is a actually a city tour. The first 10 minutes is around the rocky coves and is very good, the next 40 min. is just cruising around the city (and hordes of tourist). This was way to long. In the end you go 10-15 minutes in the woods along small good tracks. Our guide, Adam, did not really seem to care about the tour. It was in the end of june, so it could be a long season for him:) We liked the trip overall, but it was definitely not on his account - it was because we had fun in our own company.
You can only pay in cash.
It says that kids up to 14 years pay children price, and when calling ahead they said that a 10 year old would be fine. But when we got there he was to small to go to the streets. (After doing the tour I agree, but they could inform better in advance, as segway is a first for many people). He could do the course and was somewhat satisfied. But again they could write kids ages 12-14 or whatever they usually recommend.
It was quite expensive (even though a lot cheaper than elsewhere in Europe, including the extra try out for the young one we paid 130 euro, which was cheap for the amount of seaway, but expensive for what it was)
Their website is only in german and spanish, even though they speak somewhat fine english (odd as many english only speaking people will be put of by their website).
So in summary, go if you never tried it before, it is definately fun. If you're just looking to try it, a 10 min course run is enough (10 euro or so). Go on the big tour if you're really wanting to try it out and do not mind the above:)
