Lovely grounds, always a sunbed available. On arrival the floor of our room floor was very sticky, but waited a day or so then asked for it to be cleaned. It was never washed in the two week stay !
The maid kept the bathroom clean. In the evening if you didn't eat as the restaurant doors
opened, you had not chance of a seat in the lounge where the entertainment was. We were on our holidays and don't want to eat at 6.30p.m. the only way to see a show was to go with the sheep, we did it once. The food was the poorest we have ever had, never ever hot, and if you don't like sweetcorn and corgettes, forget it. The staff seemed reluctant to replace dishes after
8p.m, so we struggled. Went on the guided walk, or run if you wanted to keep up with the rep. who never spoke to anyone except a couple at the front. When we arrived at the destination, she said she was rushing back to work ??? was she not working on the walk ? And it was countdown to going home, couldn't wait to get back to the rain !!! Not what we wanted to hear.

Our party of four stayed from the 1oth -17th October 2013 in this very friendly hotel.
First impressions going to our rooms on the third floor of block E was the poor state of the carpet in the hall, very much past it best. Our room was clean and has good space, fridge (empty, as this is not Turkey) TV with limited programmes should you wish to watch the range of UK channels there is a supplement charge. Nice clean a fitted bathroom with hair dryer. The bed had the bottom lining hanging from it which did put us off a little; it was however clean and changed several times during the week. I do not understand why the lining was not repaired as we are not talking about a major investment to put it right.
The hotel caters very much for the UK customers from the daily news papers available each day to the daily entertainment and evening bingo. The long standing staff are very good and make the holiday particularly in the dining room were service is at its best as is the variety of hot food.
The evening entertainment is some of the very best that we have had the pleasure to see with something for everyone, the resident duo did a great job all week.
The Thomson girls worked all day and night to make sure everybody had a good time, well done to them.
There were a few niggle points that could be improved on but did not spoiler our holiday.
The all inclusive snacks were very limited and should you wish to order something else from the menu there was a supplement charge. The TV channels and cost of safe, Sun loungers could take their toll on your back and could do with some cushions Wi Fi available throughout the hotel but again at a supplement, a bit backward as there is no major additional cost to the hotels, good hotels do not charge.
Location of the hotel is good with the weekly market on the Friday a few hundred yards left out of the hotel. Bus stop is on the corner with a regular service to most areas. Waling into the resort will take you a steady 15min on the flat.
take you a steady 15min on the flat.
We would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants a relaxing holiday with god food and entertainment and we would hope to return ourselves soon possible in the warmer months when the pool is more welcoming.

Room Tip: You will need to budget for about 100 extra Euros to cover the cost of deposits and extras for the room safe, pool towels, UK TV channels, Kettle if you want a cup of tea in your room and the Wi-Fi if you need it, you can go outside the hotel as there are many bars with free Wi-Fi.

The title sums up our holiday I'll start with the good points
Our room had been refurbished and was excellent walk in shower which was huge really nice bed in fact it was better than our one at home ;-0 gardens nice and spacious always a bed to be found .
Now the not so nice points food below average, twice in the same week we had to request towels as maid took old ones but forgot new ones nowhere in the evening to sit and enjoy the entertainment as smoking is not segregated properly so all holiday is was puff puff in your face
inside entertainment to in a room far to small plus that bloody bingo every night sorry girls but it really was like blackpool we went out everynight as it was so bad.
Location is very nice and quiet with a nice walk to local shops and beaches so for that part it suited our needs but as for a four star rating the answer to that is no id say it is a three star wanting to be with the big boys.
Would we go again my answer would have to be no worst Thomson gold we have been to in 12 years

The staff of this hotel are all fantastic and cannot do enough for you. Their aim is to please and they will do everything they can to make your holiday go smoothly. There are nine blocks of rooms plus the reception/bar/restaurant buildings so it doesn't seem like a big hotel. We stayed in Block E with a lovely view of the garden and pool area. The rooms are spacious and very clean. There aren't any lifts so if you have mobility issues ask for a ground floor room. The garden and pool area is large with plenty of sunbeds no matter what time of day - who said its the Germans who snap up the sunbeds - the British are just as bad - but this didn't matter as there were ample to go round. The food is ample, lots of choice to suit all tastes and always hot. Its a Thomson Gold so no children and entertainment from 11.00am until 12.00midnight. You can join in or simply relax, the choice is yours. Local buses run every 15 minutes to Playa de Muro, Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa or Ca'n Picafort Centre and their a local mini tourist train too. Both stop very close to the hotel so are ideal for exploring. The quieter resort of Son Baulo is on the doorstep and Ca'n Picafort centre is a 20 minute walk along the promenade. We travelled as two couples and everyone of us said how much we'd enjoyed our stay. We would also return at some point in the future.

Room Tip: Blocks C, D and E with pool and garden views.
