I stayed in Hotel Haiti from May 17th to 31st,(I also stayed last year and have already booked again for September 7th ). I loved it there. Great food, very clean, but I have to praise the staff. From the moment you enter the hotel you are made feel important.Particular praise to Juan and staff in the bar. Roll on September.

We are just on our way home from a 10 night stay here at Hotel Haiti. Would definitely recommend it! Although it's rated 3 star, the food, drink, staff & general cleanliness of the hotel was excellent!
The only downfall we can think of is the beds, which were a little hard for our liking.
Well looked after at the bar, you never have an empty glass & there's a fab range of drinks on the All-inclusive Menu, which I've not experienced in other hotels.
Endless amounts of food, which caters for everyone. Particularly loved the paella.
Happy days spent here

Absolutely fab. all staff were so lovely and helpful. Food was very nice, a good variety And clean. Rooms were clean and beds made daily. Towels changed when you put in the bath to be changed. Pool clean with its own lifeguard. Beach, shops, bus stop and supermarket very nearby. You had to be early to get seats at night for the entertainment but then there was nine of us and when we couldnt get seats inside we sat out on terrace. Lovely place. Definitely recommend. Also a trip to marineland is a great day out

All together there was 6 of us including 4 adults and two children. This hotel is a very good 3* I'd say it can nearly pass as a 4* the food was very good, lots to choose from. Also in the afternoon there are snacks of sandwiches and cake. At night time there are sandwiches again and all day there are ice creams to choose which was great for kids. The rooms were dated but clean and the beds are a little hard but I found them very comfy. We were on the 1st floor which didn't have much of a view but it was nice to sit on the balcony (not allowed to smoke on balconies). The terrace was lovely to sit out on and enjoy a drink whilst watching the pool area. The entertainment at night wasn't very special but wasn't bad. Tasha was very good at trying to make it even better (especially for the children). The bar staff are very good and friendly and had a lot of alcohol drinks included in all inclusive (the strawberry vodka and lemonade was lovely). Also there are lots of shops around the hotel including a supermarket across the road which basically sells everything. The beach is a 10 min walk and you should definitely go down to it as it's beautiful, lots of shops and restaurants down there and the sea is lovely to have a swim in. Overall we had a really good time there and I would love to go back! !

I stayed here with my Mum and Nan on 24th May for 1 week. I was rather nervous about this hotel after reading all the negative reviews but has no need to be concerned. The hotel was very clean and the bedrooms we're made up daily. You can rent a security box for 2 euros a day. You can also get a kettle, iron ect for 10 euros deposit which you get back when you return it. The food was unreal and had so much on offer. You would not starv!!! Entertainment in the hotel was a little rubbish so found our self going down to the bars. Family's would be ok but for us 3 adults it was too children based. There's a large list of alcohol including cocktails which surprised me. I went down the pool around 8.30 every morning and got my self a lounger before they all went. There's a great little town 2 min walk away with lots of market stalls and shops. Remember to Barter!! The weather was a little disappointing as was very cloudy and had A few hours a day clear sky's. Would return in May but defiantly June-sept. Overall the hotel is excellent value for money.
