We arrived at La Luna early morning to be greeted by a very helpful night porter who took us to our room. He showed us round our room and La Luna complex and informed us of breakfast + dinner times. All went well on the first day until we got to dinner. We arrived at Levante Park where you eat your dinner as La Luna is purely a block of rooms, to be greeted by quite a rude 'head waiter'. At the time, I was wearing shorts and discovered evening wear was in fact trousers. The head waiter was extremely rude and arrogant about this but let me in just this once with shorts. His team of waitresses ( a few of them ) are just as rude as him. All look bored, got our drinks menu thrown at us and was barely talked to.
Food is nothing special, nothing to look forward to, standard foreign buffet.
Apart from the dining and the rude restaurant staff in Levante Park, all was a good holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed La Luna and should not be put off by its 2 Star rating. All the other staff were very friendly and had strong english language.
