“Nice Tapas”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 September 2013 via mobile

My wife and I had a lovely meal during our stay in Cala Bona, this was one of very few decent Tapa's restaurants in Cala Bona, excellent value for money, friendly service and fantastic Mojito's!

“Reality check..”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 September 2013

Went here after reading the wonderful reviews on Tripadvisor. We had the tapas platter for lunch. The Manchego was served sweaty and with molded edges. The calamares was chewy and soft (the batter had been fried for way too short). The patatas was extremely salty and the overall quality of the food was very low. We ate at around 25 different restaurants in the area during our vacation, and this place was without a doubt the worst of them all. Would not recommend it to anyone.

“Great Tapas - would totally recommend this place.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 September 2013

We popped into La Granada because it had a deal of 8 tapas and a bottle of house wine for 22.50. We were blown away by dishes. I have not had many great experiences with tapas restaurants but the selection was impressive and the dishes were not drowned in a pudding of grease. Calamari was succulent and juicy, potato bravas was crispy and coated with smoked paprika and the summer salad was delicious. The only the children's meal of Pork loin and chips was a little disappointing as the pork was chewy. My son adored the tapas though especially the calamari - much to my horror! The white house wine was lovely. I would definitely go back, surprised more people hadn't found this little gem.

“A lovely restaurant with authentic tapas”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 14 September 2013

We stayed in Cala Bona for 2 weeks and tried many restaurants , often for tapas. This was certainly the best, it was cooked FRESH! We realised quickly that in most restaurants, although the tapas was nice, it wasn't authentic Spanish tapas and was what we called quick tourist tapas. However we could really tell a difference in the food at this restaurant, it's a small beautiful place, doing only tapas, and the owner, an English girl, was very friendly.

“A fantastic meal”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 September 2013

This family run restaurant is open all year and serves fantastic food and provides great service. Their menu del dia served from 1.30 - 3.30 is excellent value for money and Sundays you will have to book as it gets very busy.
