We returned to the Hotel Alicia to find that it is as good as ever. We have visited many times, including last year.

After booking in and being offered our welcoming drink we went to our room on the 4th floor. It was one of the newly refurbished rooms where the bed overlooks the sea. This is very nice but does tend to make the room seen a bit small/cluttered. The entrance hall can get slippery should it be raining outside.

Dining is either inside or out side which is very pleasant. You go inside should it rain. There is always a good selection of food, some of which is cooked freshly for you. Sometimes the queues can become long.

The kitchen staff are always helpful, friendly and attentive.

Every night there is live entertainment which is inside in October. The seating can become difficult as the hall is always full.

The hotel itself is modern and situated in an excellent position on the beach promenade. It is centrally placed between Cala Bona harbour/town and Cala Millor with its selection of shops.

Overall this is an excellent hotel in a perfect location.

We stayed for our anniversary treat at this beautiful hotel. We cannot fault anything, our room on the first floor was stunning, our wonderful balcony with sun loungers and sea view just perfect. The staff were all excellent, the food was superb, service in the dining room was simply the best. We had our anniversary meal in the brilliant Sarah's restaurant, they did us proud, We loved the chill out area, so peaceful and perfect to spend some quality chill out time. The hotel is situated ideal for a stroll into Cala Millor, we loved the beach there, so nice to go for a swim too. Will recommend this hotel, and hope to return. Thank you for a wonderful anniversary stay.

Room Tip: First floor rooms with sun loungers are the best.

A beautiful location right on the sea front. The staff here are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is modern and very clean

On arrival we were welcomed with a glass of cava and given a key card each for our room plus information about the hotel. Our room was a twin on the fifth floor overlooking the sea. Although quite small it had enough storage for all that we had brought with us. The maids changed our towels every day and the sheets were changed mid week

There were 2 sittings for dinner at 6.30 and 8.15. The choice of food was good. There was a roast joint each night plus other show cooking. There were covers on each of the hot food dishes. Whilst it was not always easy to lift them it ensured that the food was kept hot. The sweets were delicious. We were also entitled to one visit to Sarah’s the a la carte restaurant on the fifth floor. The meal here was excellent and we received a glass of rose cava each just before the sweets arrived. We also received a glass of cava with dinner on our last night

The entertainment included a game of bingo each night before the main entertainment began. We especially enjoyed the ABBA tribute band who performed foe 11/2 hours

We would certainly return here again

Room Tip: Sea view rooms are great
