We have visited Mondrago many times - always love it there and swimming from one beach round to the other side.

We were looking for a boulevard free beach at Mallorca and a friend tipped us Cala Mondrago. The road to the beach is quite narrow and it takes about 15 min to get from Santanyi to the parking lot. Parking costs 5 euro's/day. From the parking it is a 10min walk to the actual beach, with a steep slope at the end which makes the beach difficult accesable for disabled. The beach itself is beautiful but it is visited by quite a lot of foreigners staying at the neighbouring hotel. Many boats visit the bay during the day therefore it did not turn out to be the remote beach we hoped for. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay.
