“Excellent Value for Money”
Reviewed 13 May 2014

The hotel was superbly modern and much nicer than we expected for the price paid. On the whole, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Great holiday over all.
Top tips for future - if arriving late make sure you have eaten or bring food as there is nothing available in the hotel after 22:00 hrs. Even the bar which is open till 3am had no crisps or snacks.
Don't be afraid to ask for extra pillows or towels. Possibly due to the low price, we had to ask for these things for our 3rd guest as the standard double allowance was all that was put out.
The inclusive breakfast was good value for 9 euros on the days we paid for it (as we didn't include it in our deal) but I'm not sure I would have wanted to eat the same food every morning. Although it was good value on the odd day we wanted a bigger breakfast before heading out.

We had to pay to upgrade our room as the studio we were given was far too small for three people. the beds were touching wall to wall and we would have to climb over them to get to the patio area. The apartment however was much better proportioned but the smell from the bathroom of raw sewage was disgusting. After 6 days I found the problem to be a leaking U bend under the sink which was also clogged so the water wouldn't drain off. Overall the room was fairly clean but not 4 star standards. we later discovered the hotel was split into 2,3 and 4 star apartment blocks where you all share the same facilities ? lots of pools non of them heated apart from 1 small indoor pool which was noisy with screaming kids. There were kids playing in the lift outside our room running up and down and screaming at each other (come on all you parent's control your children and have consideration for others) The hotel was reasonably priced for but I wouldn't pay the high season prices. the resort is totally lacking its In Cala Egos and Cala D'Or is a long two mile walk away so you feel a bit stranded and out of the way.

Room Tip: Don't Book a Studio room you cant move in them they are tiny the larger apartments are a must

We arrived back from our holiday today. Firstly, when we arrived it took and hour to get to the hotel and cost 80 euros to get there, which we were unaware of! Make sure you have transfers! We were greeted by friendly staff on the desk and check in was quick and easy. As it had cost so much to get there we decided to book transfers with the hotel for around 17 euros and this appeared to us to be confirmed, however, when we went back to check that this had been correct there was no sign of a booking and the person on the desk had not put it through like he had told us and so we were left to pay another 80 euros on the way back. Our room was average, only complaint was the amount of ants which were crawling all over one of the beds. The pools although cold, were nice enough and quiet too. The food was lacking choice but what was there was nice. The area was the best part of the holiday, the beaches were lovely we spent most of our time there and there are many places to go for nice scenic walks! would highly recommend it for a quiet holiday.

My boyfriend and I spent a week at Club Martha's and I cannot really complain about anything. The hotel is located in the perfect spot - two beautiful beaches within 5 minutes walk (our favourite was Cala Egos), three supermarkets, bars, pubs and restaurants, bus stop, car/bike hire, internet cafe - everything you may need on holiday. There is a lot to do in the hotel - animations (very kind people!) billard, ping pong etc, however we preferred to explore the magnificient surroundings (like Cala Mondrago) and didn't have much time to try everyting. The reception team is very friendly and helpful - we got all the information we ever asked for, including printed bus timetables. On the other hand, everything requires additional pay and I would expect at least one free wifi spot in the 4-star hotel, as there was none. However, we had known this and managed without the Internet.
We went bed&breakfast and the breakfasts were great, offering variety of food (we had a laugh seeing beans there but apparently that's what the British guests expect in the morning), all fresh and really tasty - hence it was difficult to leave ;) The buffet area is very clean, the stuff keeps it in perfect state.
About the studio apartment - as we arrived it appeared lovely, clean and spacious (enough for a couple, room was full of light and just perfect size for us two), the bathroom was very convenient as we didn't expect a bath and there was a small one, the shower was powerful. We had all the kitchen facilities we needed to cook a dinner (however, a small bottle of washing-up liquid and a sponge would be useful). The air-conditioning/central heating was working. The balcony was spacious and we had a beautiful sea view - what a lovely surprise as I didn't even ask for that.
Unfortunately, the cleaning was a flaw - there were 2 cleanings during our stay and the first one was ok (however, the bathroom wasn't cleaned profoundly - the basin was still partially dirty, and the maid didn't took the trash from the rubbish bin in the bathroom) - the second was a joke - no toilet or basin cleaning, no vacuuming of the room, the fresh sheets were only placed on the top of beds not even unfolded, the rubbish bin in the bathroom was still full. We felt like a second category guests, or perhaps everyone gets such treatment? Who knows.
Another problem was the broken beam in the bed structure, but we didn't complain about it as it was possible to sleep on it (beds were a bit too soft though).
All in all, it was a glorious week for great value of money and we would definitely go back there. Many thanks to everyone who participated in making it so good :)

Room Tip: Ask for a top floor apartment in quiet area - the block 5 provides magnificient sea view from the to...

Me and my wife visited here for a short self catering trip. We did not eat at the hotel so can not comment. The facilities in the room were very good and the rooms themselves were very spacious and the balcony's were huge! With two sun loungers and a 4 seat table! The cooking facilities were very basic but did the job. 2 hobs, a microwave grill but not many utensils. The rooms are cleaned three times a week but we probably would have been fine if they were only done once! The hotel is situated outside the main cala d'or probably a 40 minute walk to the centre. But there are plenty of bars and restaurants less than 5 minutes and the two beaches about the same distance. The marina in between the hotel and the centre is well worth a visit! If only to look at the boats and eat at one of the many restaurants (especially the yacht club!).

We stayed here in April this year (2014) location is great as you are close to everything you need. The room was only cleaned twice whilst we were here and this did not seen enough. There is lots going on at the hotel lots of entertainment nice pool and pool bars. I would definatley recommend this hotel for families with small children and although it was just my partner and I we still had a great time.

Room Tip: Studios are very small

Just got back from a bank holiday weekend at Club Martha and have nothing but praise for the accomodation & service at this hotel/apartments. I was with a 10 year old by myself and felt at ease the whole time. Although the Molly Club is too young for my son, the other kids were having a ball! Everywhere was very clean and tidy, I did self cater as it gave me more freedom to do other things. The evening shows catered for everybody and 'Sister Act' was hilarious - the animation team are brilliant. Well done! We will be back!

Room Tip: i selected a studio and ended up with a one bedroom ground floor and garden...6000 numbers are the o...
