We recently stayed with our teenaged daughters in this hotel as we wanted to experience a bit of the Magaluf life whilst staying a bit away from the centre of the action.
The hotel is stylish and almost seems to be a bit out of character with the environment. Magaluf is a buzzing town and the area appears to be taken over by British. British life is everywhere in the area and English appears to be the main language spoken although staff in the hotel were predominantly speaking in Spanish. We stayed in two rooms on the fifth floor. Rooms were clean but a bit too stylish for my liking as the wet cells i.e. Toilet and shower are only partitioned through glass from the bedroom area. There is therefore not a lot of privacy when staying as a couple in a double room. The room to the front was noisy from traffic especially the buses that stopped outside the hotel and had afternoon sun. The second room was to the side where a lot of loud music from Nicky Beach could be heard and had afternoon sun. Air conditioning worked adequately. The one ennoying bit was the free WiFi which logged itself out frequently and we constantly had to log in again. Staff were friendly but some appeared to have some difficulties to understand English but then I should maybe brush up my Spanish a little bit. Breakfast was adequate for me. We stayed for dinner once where a buffet was provided but we felt that the food selection available was very narrow although the quality was good. We felt that this was a bit pricey at EUR 150 for the four of us and indeed this ended up to be the most expensive dinner we had during our stay.
There is direct beach access from the hotel and strolling along the beach will lead you to many cafés and restaurants where you will be able to find anything for many different tastes.
Opposite the hotel there are a number of shops, cash point as well as a hire car company. Facilities in the area are fine and for those interested in live music you can reach Mallorca Rocks by foot in a few minutes. Tickets can be bought around the corner and we were lucky to get tickets for Ed Sheeran concert.
All in all a good experience and probably one of the best hotels in Magalluf. I would stay there again if I did want to go back to Magalluf.
