we have just returned from a weeks stay at this resort. We took our elderly mothers as it tends to cater for the more mature traveller as most of the "gold" hotels.
The staff were extremely helpful, food plentiful and varied and of a very good standard. If you are a fussy eater be assured there will be a dish to satisfy your needs.
Entertainment was very good for a hotel, varied and enjoyable. If you did not like this than you could get into the next local town Peguera by bus or a 12 euro return taxi ride, a small price to pay for a night out.
The bay is beautiful but very quiet of a night with just a handful of bars in the immediate area.
We could always get a sunbed but it was true that some streamed out at 8.30 to get the same beds every day, how sad. However on the day we left notices were put up to say towels would be removed from reserved beds, whoopee.
Overall a great place to spend a break if you like staying put, or to use as a good base for travelling the island. Drinks about same price as uk but don't forget measures for spirits much greater.
Really nice place, would return without hesitationMore
