After being so warmly welcomed by the staff at reception, we knew that we'd have a good time in this hotel. The decor is fresh and modern, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. All of the staff are extremely friendly, and go out of their way to make you enjoy your stay.
Our favourite aspect of the stay had to be the many hours spent on the hotel's new Chill Out zone - so peaceful with a breathtaking view of the sea, beach and surrounding area. We cant wait to go back next year...we didn't want to leave!!

We've just returned from the Hotel Lido after a 4 night break. The hotel is really clean and very quiet, we didn't once get woken in the morning by any doors slamming or furniture being scraped across the floor! The situation of this hotel is excellent, just walk out the glass door at he back on to the fantastic beach. There are a few beach restaurants around which are good for lunch.
We only booked for B&B, which i am glad about as our only complaint would be the breakfast food.
There was some choice there, if you like eating pastries,cold meats and german sausages... Also would have been nice if the staff came to your table to ask if you would like tea or coffee instead of queing at one of those awful vending type machines.
All in all we've had a great time & Camp de Mar is a lovely place where you can unwind.

it's the first time that i visited this hotel and i'm sure that i will return. everything it perfect, the room so clean, excelent choise of food and very good quality and variety. but the most importent is the staff, so helpful and make your stay vere special!! i recommend it...

Having spent last years holiday at the lido palace just before the takeover by the H10 group and now we have just returned from this years holiday at the new H10 Lido.They have spent a lot of money to modernise this hotel taking it to boutique style in decor and furniture.Bright and fresh reception area,Bar and lounge white and colonial style shutters everywhere.Restaurant has completely changed unfortunetly not for the better."Ikea" style wooden furniture(very noisey on the marble floor) rocking pedestal tables and gone has all the table linen.This is the H10 standard design throughout their hotels, acceptable for breakfast and for lunch but the evening meal lacks that traditional atmosphere and hence nobody stays to long. The food offered for guests is good but compared to before the selection is no longer there.A reputation that this hotel had made its' previous success on.The rooms have now all got flat screen t.v.'s but with very limited programmes for all languages,this money would have been better spent on new beds instead.The hotel now has a roof top chill out terrace which is stunning but not very practical .The hotel is very clean and the staff very helpful,and a lot happier than last year.All in all the hotel is still able to offer a very relaxing holiday and we will be going back next year and hope that the heart hasn't been totally ripped out.

The Hotel was fully booked so we were moved to alternative 4* accommodation (which was of a good standard), but we really wanted to stay at the H10 Lido as friends were also staying there. Interestingly, despite being told it was fully booked, we went online whilst in the Hotel reception and discovered bookings could still be made! I wonder where those people would have stayed? The Hotel itself was clean with a nice pool and bar area and was within close proximity of the beach. The food was of limited choice and if you ate towards the end of the meal times, was not really fresh or hot. There were children staying at the Hotel even though it was advertised as an adult only Hotel.

Room Tip: If we had had a room we might have been able to give advice!

First and foremost many thanks for giving us your opinion about your stay with us at H10 Lido.
I would like to begin by offering my most sincere apology for the fact that your expectations were not met with your stay with us. We give customer satisfaction the upmost importance at H10 and it is always disappointing when someone is not satisfied with their experience with us.
Unfortunately for the dates of your stay we had a series of problems that led us to make a series of last minute decisions to accommodate all our guests. I understand the inconvenience you experienced by having to be moved from our hotel, but last minute decisions had to be made to avoid much worse situations. Had we had prior warning that you were coming with friends we would have attempted a different arrangement to accommodate both of you in the same hotel.
In so far as the children are concerned, this is our first year as an adults only establishment, unfortunately at the very beginning of the season we had a series of misunderstandings with a few clients and in total 2 reservation with children had to be accepted. I assure you this had now been remedied and we are no longer accommodating children.
I am once again very sorry about your unpleasant experience with us, and would invite you to give us another chance to show you that we can do better! Please contact me directly for your next reservation where I would gladly offer you a heavy discount on the normal rate as additional compensation for our prior mishaps.

My partner and I (aged 25-30) have just come home after spending a long weekend in this hotel & both thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We arrived at the hotel and although we had booked a double room, we were upgraded to a junior suite which was gorgeous (had a massive bed, sofa area, large balcony on the corner of the hotel - brilliant sea view, and jacuzzi in the bath). We had breakfast in our hotel every morning & if I were to grumble about anything, this would be it - the food was ok but nothing special. After reading other reviews on here & our experience with breakfast I was put off eating in our hotel in the evenings.
The spa & gym was great - we visited the spa most days - the jacuzzi was always on but as mentioned below, the reception staff needed to be asked half an hour in advance to warm up the steam room and sauna.

Camp De Mar is lovely location and hotel is right on the beach along with 3 other hotels and a few nice restaurants/bars. We were staying here as we had a family wedding in Port d'andratx which was only a few miles away (not really walking distance) but only 6 euros in a taxi. We went there most nights - stunning place.

All the staff were very friendly especially the reception staff. The cleaner was very good and rooms were cleaned and tidied to a high standard every day.

A large percentage of the hotel guests were German, during our stay - I think we may well have been the only British couple staying there!!

Would definitely recommend this hotel as it was very classy, the location is quiet but nice for a chill out, the beach is very clean and Camp De Mar is very close to Port d andratx and Peguera.

Would stay here again.

I booked a single room but arrived very late and all single rooms were occupied so they gave me junior suite instead at the same price. I had all inclusive and didn't regret because it has a good restaurant, life music at dinner, wide choise at buffet. It is possible to rent a bicycle at Peguera and they pay for your taxi if you order it at the reception. Also I enjoyed sauna - necessary to tell 1/2hr before you want to use it so that they heat it.
