A lovely clean hotel, nice pool and plenty of sunbeds. We were about the only brits there mostly italians who totally took over the hotel as it was mainly geared towards them. The food was nice always something to chose from however the restaurant was like a mad cafe, would have preffered to be just bed and breakfast. The service took a long time to clear the tables as i think they were understaffed. Plenty of nice restaurants to eat out at in the resort though. Staff were very pleasant, mind drinks were always a different price at the bar.

The highlight was when a party of special needs people came to stay, they had the best time. The carers who accompanied them, were fantastic, so caring and professional.

It was a nice holiday, but we much prefer Ibiza!!

This hotel is in a great position right on a small bay which was lovely, safe waters and shallow and great for swimming in, not very big and lots of beds but it was lovely, if you wanted more room its about 10 minute walk to a long beach which is also lovely. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area to chose from too. We only had B & B which had a fairly good choice, glad we didnt have evening meals in there as it was a bit cafe like in restaurant with trays and tables were not laid out at all, I have had better in Spain but it was fine. Hotel room was fairly large and nice and clean, towels changed daily, nice bathroom and almost all rooms have a seaview of some type unless you face the front. Nice swimming pool with lots of beds and never full up, no need to get up at 4am to save a bed either !! There is a gate down the stairs straight onto the beach which shuts about 7pm but saves the walk around the roads. I would definately stay here again as the location is great, lots of Germans but that is not a problem, no loud English lager louts here either, fairly quite after midnight but still enough open if you want to stay out drinking. Manchester Pub is very good which is in between the two resorts, good friendly service and open till really late. Go and enjoy it, its a great place to be. Its also only 5 mins from airport, taxi cost of 13 euros each way.

Room tip: Get seaview and high floor if possible

one of those hotels that is a 'safe' choice. Good position on the 'bay' safe beach with only 5 min. stroll to the long stretch of Playa De Palma wonderful beach. Lots to see and a good people watch area! (you could learn German here!)
The hotel staff were very helpful and it was clean and comfortable. The food is buffet style and adequete but is very boring and similar every day. As there are so many restuarants so close I think bed and breakfast is fine although half board deals are hardly any more with sites like Travel Republic, Holiday Nights etc so you can afford to eat out and miss the odd meal. The swimming pool area has shelter from wind and sun and overlooks the beach. There are steps and a back gate leading out to the beach but if you are not able to manage steps you have to walk round the road (but only a few minutes)
Hotel entertainment is very minimal but the good thing is you dont get people coming round asking you to play silly games and anyway......I find it difficult understanding german as this resort is predominately that.
Overall just a nice three star hotel.

Room tip: many rooms overlook the sea and get the sun on them. If you want to overlook the airport and watch planes request an airport view!

Have recently just returned from a stay in this hotel and really cant fault anything. The position is right on the beach, food was plentiful and varied. Rooms cleaned daily and one important thing for us brits was that sunbeds were avaliable all day long. Lifeguard round pool all day to keep eye on kids etc..... would deffinately go back again.
