Cas Comte Petit Mallorca what a gen !!! Away from it all so you can just chill in the front, back or on the rooftop pool. A perfect small family run hotel with every modern facility to boot. Bedrooms, bathrooms in fact the whole hotel is to a very high standard. Service from the staff and family was second to none. Mother in the kitchen produces excellent 4 course evening meals, we eat in for the 7 nights and nothing was repeated. As for the village I cannot agree with a lot of the comments get out to the local bars, tapas is superb, mix with the locals and you will be surprised how much you will enjoy yourself they are lovely, friendly people and you will also be surprised how little it costs.

A great 7 night stay thank you all at Cas Comte

The hotel in the middle of a small village . Its a very quite village with not a lot going on . Not a lot of places to eat so we decided to eat in the hotel . The room we stayed in was one of the best rooms we had ever stayed in . The bathroom was on the first floor , up a few steps was our lounge , them up a few more stirs was the bedroom. Wine and fruit was in the room when we arrived , this was included in the cost of the room . The spar was a little disappointing , you need to ask to have it switched on . The evening meal we very good , but its a set meal so you don't have a choice . Breakfast was superb . If you want to be out of the way in a quite hotel then this is the place for you . I would certainly go back .

Room Tip: all of the rooms looked great

Away from the buzz and bustle you find in the majority of Mallorca , Ca's Comte is a wonderfully restored manor house , admittedly situated in the middle of a relatively non- descript village , but a wonderful centre for exploring the delights of rural Mallorca.
Beautifully appointed bedrooms and spacious modern bathrooms are of the highest standards. The staff and family owners give just the right level of attentiveness without being fussy , Great choice of food for the buffet breakfasts and recommendations for eating out if you don't want to take advantage of the evening meal if you so choose .
We visited at the time of the local festival just outside the front courtyard and a wonderfully enjoyable experience it was.

This hotel was perfect for us during our stay in Majorca. It is located in a rather lack lustre village in comparison to many others in the local vicinity but do not let that put you off. This is well worth a visit in terms of standards and care and attention to detail. This hotel is run by a Majorcan family and they are extremely professional and clearly know what they're doing. We had the opportunity to stay in two different rooms both of which were delightful and offer a very high standard of accommodation, particularly the wonderful super king and very comfortable beds. We loved the pool on the roof and the spa in the basement. They have been beautifully done and feel very luxurious. The unexpected delight was the extensive and delicious breakfast buffet and the wonderful cooking for the evening meal. This is home made Majorcan style food at its best. As everything is freshly prepared on the premises all guests experience the same menu and eat at 8 PM in the evening. There are four courses and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal we had there. Our gratitude to you Bernat, Kathy and your mother, who is a magician in the kitchen, and whom we truly appreciated!

After a three nights stay we left to go to a more expensive hotel in Santa Maria nearby. This was run by an English couple and as we are English we were hoping for something rather special. However after one night we were so disappointed with our experience there that we checked out and came back to Cas Comte for the rest of our holiday. We did not regret it for a second. Clearly Majorcans know how to do a hotel experience in Majorca!

One thing to mention, there is a rather relaxed and offhand air to the service here as this is clearly the Majorcan way. This is not a chain hotel but rather a family run venture and understandably they do things in their own particular way. If you are expecting lots of obsequious American-style service then you will be disappointed but if you can get past that and settle into how things are done here then you will really enjoy your stay.

It's also a great location if you have rented a car and are looking to explore the island. We had the most fabulous few days traversing the mountain roads and marvelling at how fit the cyclists were on the incredible gradients.

We would come back here in a heartbeat when visiting Majorca again and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

My husband and I stayed here for four nights in March. We escaped Germany for some sunshine and this small hotel was in a perfect central location for exploring all of Mallorca. This is a family run hotel so the mother cooks dinner, the brother and sister run the check-in and serve in the dining room. Have dinner in the hotel at least one night--it is much better than that raved about pork knuckle in a nearby town.
Breakfast was better than most European family inns we have stayed at. Eggs will be cooked to order if requested. Try the Quely cookies--a local Mallorcan treat. Parking is free right next to the hotel. The rooms are beautiful--large and tastefully decorated. We did not use the spa but the roof top was a nice place to sit for some sun.
While we were in Lloseta a great carnival/fair came through town and we were able to see beautiful traditional Mallorcan dancers and famillies out for the day in the sunshine. There is a small cafe near the hotel that seemed busy at all hours and a few other small restaurants--nothing special but other places to eat. We thought the town was charming a great place to return to after a busy day of sight seeing.
The building is mis-matched with the service. This is a family inn located in an "almost-lux-boutique" facility. If you are looking for someone to be at your beck and call and to provide you detailed service this isn't the place for you. Unlike some reviewers--we found the service more than appropriate for a family hotel. Cultural styles differ and what may seem rude or brusk to an American (myself) may indeed be the norm. I did not give the hotel an "Excellent" rating because I saw what I see at most hotels that we stay at--a lack of attention to the cleanliness of common areas--they weren't dirty they just hadn't been picked up after other guests had left coffee cups, water bottles and the like.
If you want a beautiful room, in a quiet location and good food--I highly recommend staying at Cas Comte when visiting Mallorca.

We (friend and myself) spent 3 nights there. The room is nice and clean, although the bathroom was oversized in comparison to the bedroom. We both had a massage which was excellent.
Negative however was, we had to wait at reception 45 min until someone showed up for the check-in. José who is in charge is arrogance personified and he lets you feel it - it was f.e. more important to carry out chairs and tables (though nobody wanted to sit outside - too cold) than to serve coffee to the breakfast guests. Ignoring the guests was his favourite.
Ok, for that reason I would not go back because Mallorca offers plenty of charming places with more cordial service.
