We went to the western water park for a day out and it cost us €29 each for entry. We then ate lunch there that cost us over €25. Lockers cost us €5 to hire with a €2 deposit that you got back at the end.
The water park has a range of slides however when we went there seemed to be quite a few Spanish school trips taking place on the day we went therefore we had to queue for most things and the floor was too hot to be standing in for long periods of time.
Some slides you can’t go on alone so if you take a child and with only two adults you wouldn’t be able to go on some things. We saw a man queue up for the black hole to get to the front to be told he cannot go on his own. Luckily there was a group a men behind him and one offered to go on with him otherwise he wouldn’t of been able to go on. Maybe there should be a sign at the bottom of the slide to save people queuing and wasting their time.
I was looking forward to relaxing in the bath room however when we went in it was full of children running round in circles in the pool and jumping about so we didn’t end up getting to go in there as it was chaos. The lazy river was also filled with school aged children jumping round and was also not relaxing at all. Lifeguards were stood around however did not tell them and let them continue to disrupt others peoples experience.
We didn’t spend as long as we wanted to in the park as we couldn’t fully enjoy it.
