After reading reviews I was a little optimistic about staying at this hotel but I had no need to be. Realistically the hotel as a whole is a little run down and the rooms are basic but it's what you want when you go a girls holiday. The reps were friendly and I would 100% recommend the pirate show, school disco and the Mcp wristband. The ceiling fan Is one of my only criticisms as it got far to warm. If I ever go back to Magaluf I would totally go back here.

This was my first holiday abroad with 7 friends, after our A-Levels. We arrived at Fiesta Sahara around 1am and following the check in, we were greeted by chants of 'OHH Fiesta Sahara' and fridges, beds, chairs etc being thrown from the balconies. This set the standard for the whole week and it didn't disappoint. The atmosphere is amazing and 24/7, with people congregating on their balconies to join in with the songs.

The reps were good, as they did try to push a sale, but weren't too forceful with it. We signed onto the School Reunion, Booze Cruise and BCM, which were all great fun, with all-inclusive bars. Foam parties were intense, as we didn't realise how good they'd be. When they said you'd be up to your neck in foam, they weren't kidding (Advise against wearing expensive/coloured shoes, as they dye runs, ruining the shoes and your feet). On the boat party, we sailed to the middle of the sea, to swim around, sunbathe, drink and play games. Over the week, the games were maining drinking based, with less sex games, because of the '24-BJ girl' and journalists being around.

The hotel rooms were what you'd expect. Small bathroom, with shower/bath and a toilet, which is in the way of the door. The main bedroom is a decent size, with wardrobe space and a safe for about 24 Euros + 3 Euros deposit. It has two single beds pushed together and it's comfortable enough. The main room has a sink, with a few plates/glasses and a pull out sofa bed, as well as a few small chairs around a little, wooden table. We took in in turns, which room we'd prink in and they could easily host 8 people. The fans were probably the only criticism, as they were so slow, making no effect to the heat. If you're sharing the sofa bed, try to get the sofa part, not the pullout bed, as it's really uncomfortable. When you get back from a drunken night out, the rooms can be too hot to sleep, so some nights we resorted to sleeping on the balcony. Despite the constant singing, if you've drunk enough/stayed out late enough, you'll be fine to sleep through it.

The cleaners cleared everything up when they actually came, which was once for the week we were there. Really, you just have to ask for clean towels, toilet roll etc at reception, of nick it off the trolley if you see a maid walking around. The security were miserable. Don't think they've ever smiled in their lives. They were so strict on bringing people back into the hotel, so don't even bother trying to bring someone back with you. The bar staff were friendly and helpful and showed the World Cup while we were out there. The reps were brilliant and helpful all week and were a really good group. Aiden & Ricky were quality.

The pool area is great, however you need to get down there for about 10:30/11:00 to guarantee a sun lounger. The DJ tends to play the same CD every day, but it's a decent playlist. The beach is a 5 minute walk away, with sunloungers for 13 Euros and pedalos for 15 Euros an hour, as well as banana boats etc. The beach isn't usually too busy during the day, so it's easy to get a decent spot. Alcohol nearby is so cheap, with Rishkinoff Vodka 1L at 6.20 Euros and Peach Schnapps for 2.60. We stocked up our room with as much as we could and barely used the hotel bars. The Vodka out there does ruin your throat, but isn't as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It's cheap and comes in a load of different flavours, so you might as well save the extra 10 Euros for Smirnoff and buy another bottle and put up with a little cough.

Within 5 minutes you have McDonalds, Tom Browns, Kebab Shops and Pizza Hut, so we were sorted for food. There are a few restaurants down the road, but we didn't make it that far. The Strip is also about a 5/10 minute walk and is full of clubs and bars. Walking down you get all sorts of offers from people inviting you into their clubs. We got 2 cocktails and 3 shots each, plus a fish bowl/champagne from both Bonkers and Stereo, for 5 Euros each and then, when I said I wasn't sure, the guy said 'alright, it's your birthday. Yours is free', so a bit of haggling or a birthday badge is recommended. My personal favourite part of the strip was Alex's Corner. It was right next the the beach, with a chip shop, plus Alex's, Alex's R'n'B and Alex's Indie. Indie was by far my favourite bar there. I'd strongly recommend to anyone into Britpop or Indie music. We walked in to Kasabian, followed by Oasis, Foo Fighters, Stone Roses, The Cure and Blur. The DJ was a massive Leeds fan, and slagged off everyone walking in and every night ended with 'Shoes off if you hate Man U'.

At the end of the week, there was a bit of a delay getting deposits back as the security had to check our rooms. Other reviews on here saying you almost definitely won't get your deposits back are wrong. One friend set the fan on fire, with toilet roll, before throwing a full kettle across the room to put it out, as well are dents in the doors, broken toilets etc, and we all still managed to get ours back, except for the 20 Euros for a lost key. Getting home was a bit more difficult, due to military controls, stopping people take the 'Crocadilla' drug out of the country. Apparently it made people go mad and fully bite chunks out of people.

Overall, Fiesta Sahara was incredible. The people staying there were all so friendly. I was expecting it to be proper scummy, but everyone was a laugh. Only saw one fight in the hotel all week and one of those guys was kicked out. I'd recommend this to anyone going on a group holiday, as it's in a great place, opposite Mallorca Rocks and near the the strip. After speaking to other people out there, everyone rates Fiesta Sahara and wanted to go there. We all loved it and if I every go back to Magaluf, I'll 100% go back to Fiesta Sahara.

Room Tip: Try to get a room with a pool view. The other sides are boring, as everyone around the pool has a be...

We stayed here from the 26th June to the 7th July. We got roped into a welcome meeting by the reps who were very nice but literally forced you to buy a package deal of some sort. If you buy anything from the reps I would highly recommend buying the MCP band which gives you free bar and free entry into the biggest clubs on the strip for 4 nights and for 3 nights you just pay for your drinks.

The hotel is extremely noisy at night so if you have a night in, good luck. Constantly have drunken people banging on their doors asking their peers to open up and many large group chanting fiesta sahara.

Wifi is pretty expensive, for a week it is €25, 3 days is €15 and for a day it's €6. If you're really not up for paying it there's plenty restaurants nearby that have free wifi.

The location of fiesta sahara is brilliant, you can see the top of BCM and a 5 min walk away from beach and strip. I would HIGHLY recommend going to pirates restaurant on the beach if you're sick of the crappy food you're eating 24/7

Drinks are expensive within the hotel but you can pay €15 a day for unlimited drink from 10am to 12am

Definitely do the pirate show too, one of the best nights ever, get free beer and sangria. You really do not want to miss out on it! It usually costs around €49

You also get given 3 keys per room but if you lose one you have to pay €10, you also have to pay a €30 deposit at the start for the room and pay €34 for a safe if you want one. We got €3 back from the safe money we gave at the start which was ridiculous.

Overall everyone is so friendly and everyone gets on with everyone, music at the pool is good and can't beat chilling at the pool nursing a hangover. P.s Ricky is the best rep at fiesta sahara

First things first, this hotel is not as bad as some of the reviews on here would have you believe. It is small, fun and mostly clean given the types of people that go on these holidays.
I'm going to start with the worst part of the whole thing: the reps. They pretend to be your friends but all they want is your money at the end of the day.
You MUST be aware of their sales technique before you go else you may end up wasting a lot of money.
As soon as you get there, one of them speaks to you in a room giving you lots of information on experiences you can buy...
I bought the VIP club pass for 185 EUROS... they tell you it gives you free entry to 6 clubs and free drinks which sounds great. However, they do fail to mention that this pass is only valid on 3 days so the other times you have to pay 14 euros for the free bar. Annoying right?

I would honestly say that the pass limits the amount of places you visit and that the free drinks they give you are AWFUL. almost all of my friends got sore throats as a result of the Rushkinoff vodka. There are plenty of places with cheap deals so the VIP pass is not necessary in my opinion however some of my friends were happy with it.

That said, the hotel was good. The pool and the pool side was nice, the music starts at 11am.
Be sensible with your things and they wont get stolen.
The pool side restaurant was really cheap and delicious and the staff were lovely!

Room Tip: Rooms on the first floor are the least secure due to the terrace

This is a such a good hotel especially if you are up for a wild holiday ! went with 13 girls all our rooms in a row which was great. The hotel is in the best location lots of restaurants round about ( pirates is a good one about 10 min walk along the beach), spar near by that did bread , butter , super noodles and stuff , beach 5 min walk away and at night before everyone goes out everyone is on there balconies and its like one big party.
We got the Mcp wrist bands for 265 euros which was well worth it apart from the bar crawls they seemed to take you to the most expensive bars but we just drank loads before (drinks so cheap) and then met them at the actual events. Don't loose the bands or you have lost your money! There boat party was pretty bad to , they seemed to talk more than the music got played.
The maids were fine and cleaned our room very well. Our towels and sheets got changed every three days. They have no toiletries though and the fans were pretty rubbish but once you had a good drink in you it didn't matter. We had no thefts with them at all because we locked our stuff in the safe all the time ! The corroders , stair ways and lifts were no the nicest though , sick, pee , condoms !! the lot all lying about but its not awful just saw that a couple times !
however two weeks in this hotel was a little much , you got sick of people knocking at your door all the time , the screaming that went on up and down the corridors and the constant music that went on by the pool side from 11 in the morning until 12 at night. Saying that the first week I thought it was brill but the last three days was a drag , but what can you expect !
Overall if your up for the full on wild holiday 100% go there !

Room Tip: Ones by the pool are mental and have the best atmosphere.

I stayed in this hotel 18th-25th June, was really worried about the bad reviews, don't listen to them, had the most amazing time in this hotel, everything is close by, the strip is 5 mins away, there is a supermarket next door, the rooms are very clean and get cleaned every 2 day with fresh towels and bedding. Staff are brilliant, very friendly! all the reps was very chatty and sociable, they have a lot of banter so if you haven't got much banter don't stay here! me and my friends had a fantastic time staying here, there is a dj on everyday, gets you involved in all the games! met some amazing people, a lot of loud music at night and drunk people so if your planning on getting sleep on your time out there don't stay here... I advise you to get a safe for your room, there about 14 euro or something, also put your deposit down because if you don't ruin your room then you get it back, it's only 30 euro. rooms are basic, lifts are tiny but there's alright! pool is massive, loads of sun beds anyone would love it here! ❤️

First of all let me begin with - seriously ignore the haters about this Hotel! Me and two mates were here for 11nights and couldn't have had a better time out here! The reps are full of life and are always willing to chat and help out. Yeah, they offer you an expensive deal (265 euros) at the start, which includes MCP wristband (highly recommend), Party in Park, Pirates, Bar Crawl and Boat Party, but in hindsight, it turns out to be way cheaper. Despite one of my mates severely breaking his foot on his first night and having to spend 3nights in hospital, it was still an amazing holiday! All the people rating this hotel one star need liven up a bit! 1. The maids do an amazing job to be fair to them, for saying the state of the hotel at times! So no wonder they get a bit arsey at times. 2. Lifts work fine as far as I'm aware, and we used them all the time due to my mates foot. 3. Our room wasn't left in tidiest state but we still got our deposit back. 4. If you don't want to get booted out of your room early, don't book such a ridiculous flight time home. 5. Who the hell wants a tv in your room? Boring ********. The room is there to be slept in, not to spend all day in, and it's perfectly acceptable for that! 6. Balcony is very spacious and although we didn't meet eye-to-eye with all the neighbours we had, you've just got to grin and bare it and know they've come on holiday to do what they want to do. 7. Try and get a pool view room if you can, atmosphere is better. Even numbered rooms don't get the sun at night if you've got a pool facing room whereas odd rooms do. 8. I honestly thought the fans were a life saver! We went late June and although it was hot, it wasn't unbearable so it was never an option for us. You may need aircon if you go later in the year maybe. Only downside is your personal rep trying to sell you stuff. You won't meet them until they come knocking on your door, we never bought anything off him, just try and intervene as quickly as you can otherwise you could be waiting around for 15-20 minutes for no reason. Staff at the desk were very helpful as well, my friend left his iPhone in a taxi and after asking the desk staff, managed to get it back. All-in-all, fantastic experience, one I wish I could re-live in the near future some time. P.S If you enjoy pre-drinking with your mates at the hotel, bring a set of good speakers as little portable ones will soon get drowned out by others which are much louder.
